Confusing their layout was not the best they had stuff everywhere and not organized at all but overall great service and good selection of products

Today was kicked out of New Seasons for not wearing a mask in record breaking heat when I can't wear one, as I have severe asthma and the heat is making it worse. The mandate is lifted in 2 days and all other stores are allowing you to shop without one if you are vaccinated. I have been shopping here faithfully for years and now NEVER will again. Even California was kinder and more cordial to people with serious illnesses. New Seasons has never been the same since it was bought out.

Do. Not. Eat. The. Hot. Food.

I foolishly bought a chicken burrito from this store today that was 95% refried beans and tortilla. The largest portion of chicken I could find - halfway through the burrito - WAS ENTIRELY UNCOOKED.

A pink, uncooked, chewy, tendon-filled chunk of bird flesh that I pulled out of my mouth in horror. Now I'm at home and feel a stomach flu coming on, but that's what I get for buying a burrito from a grocery store.

I know the people who work here probably don't have anything to do with the preparation of the food, I assume it's all done in a central kitchen. But please, heed my warning, dear reader: buy groceries here. Buy your nice candles and tree-scented oils here. But unless you're trying to lose a lot of water weight in a hurry, don't eat the hot food.

New Seasons is fantastic choice for fresh groceries in Portland but this particular branch has an added bonus of a live food counter with a huge vegetarian assortment and among the best selection of freshly cooked international soups! Love the consistently friendly vibe, you guys are the best.

Great selection of organic grocery, great service, decent prices and a store that always makes you walk out happier than you walked in!

One of the few places that carry this amazing lemon curd by a local portland company paradigm. I stock up because it's made in small batches. So glad we seasons carries it. I just wish they would carry more of their flavors.

I couldn’t find a product and asked a staff person who couldn’t find it either. However about 10 minutes later he did find it after investigating after I walked away and chased me down to give it to me I was so happy!

Great place to find local foods, fresh baked organic breads, and staff are always helpful. Good wine selection and meat dept. Can be a little pricey but many times is worth it.

One of my favorite stores for meat, produce, and organic food/products. It helps keep the cost down if you watch their flyer for deals.

Great place to get groceries, and most of the time the items are cheaper than Whole Foods with a better environment and selection. The staff is nice and remember regulars and they're extremely helpful. The store is always clean and they do their best to maintain the CDC standards for shoppers.

A great place for organic food, and other organic items like hand soap and toothpaste that aren't available elsewhere. They also have pizza dough and all other necessary items so you can make and invent your own favorite pizza recipe at home.

I used to love coming here specifically for meat and bread despite the higher price point. It was a spacious and varied health food store that took care of its employees.

But ever since New Season was bought out by Good Food Holdings - quality has gone down. The olives in the bread halved, bread became harder, and so much saltier. I couldn’t even finish eating my all time favorite focaccia bread. Now lines are long with Covid restrictions, and it’s not even worth the wait.

The fish was pre-frozen and tasteless, and sausages don’t have as many selections anymore. I used to come here since 99’s and it appears I was lucky to enjoy it while the quality lasted.

Finally found bread my wife loves. It's free of gluten, eggs, soy and tastes like real bread. New Cascadia is the brand.

Wonderful veggies, fruit, bakery goods along with high quality meat department and food. My favorite market for quality products and terrific staff.

At first New Seasons was great and people were distancing. Now people just walk the wrong way down the isles two wide with a cart - no regards for the narrowness, etc. They also don't spray/sanitize the carts and baskets anymore. And people are walking in/out the same doors rather than 1 way traffic.

Great service, large selection of food items, frozen foods and fresh produce, many organic, vegan and non gmo selections. Prices are a bit higher that places like Safeway and Fred Meyer.

New Seasons market is always good for variety of fresh produce, good quality dairy, cheese selections and more. I am not a fan of the ready meals but they looked OK too.
Customer service is always great.

This New Seasons has the best people working in it of any store I know of. They also have the best baked goods. That banana cake they make is to die for! I love this store.
