DANGEROUS NEGLIGENCE
I went in before the recent snow/ice storm to buy snow rated tires before driving across state. A few miles down the road the vehicle began to shake.

I pulled over and my right rear wheel was missing 1 lug nut, another fell off in my hands, the remaining 2 were barely on. 2 more lug nuts were loose on my other wheels. SIX OF MY SIXTEEN LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE. We could have lost our right rear wheel on the highway.

When I went in and told them they were dismissive, said "nothing seemed loose" CAUSE I TIGHTENED THEM MYSELF ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY, and offered nothing but a weak apology.
