So easy to rent from Newport Rental Service. They had just what was needed. Sure, I had to drive a bit longer, but it was worth it. They have great rental rates on a wide variety of tools. Also some machines and tools are for sale. Might be a great place to buy a used one, should the time come. Highly recommended.

I called to reserve the item I needed and they had it ready and loaded it when I arrived. Great service.

Great company they rented me a ditchwitch and the best part is they don't require a deposit or hold in there tools you just pay there daily fee and your set up for your project!

Newport Rental Service provides exceptional service for customers. We recently rented a high lift for a project in Yachats. While using the equipment, a safety system malfunctioned. Newport Rental sent a Jerry to our job site to look at the equipment. Jerry quickly located the issue, fixed it, and let us know about the issue in case it happened again. They also have exceptional in store customer service.

Great selection of tools, equipment, type of stuff you won't buy because you only use it rarely or is too expensive. Knowledgeable staff, always happy to help.

I called this place to rent a flatbed trailer. The representative said they have one but can not rent one to me. The excuse he gave was "if a wheel bearing goes out they have no one to service it". My first question is, why in the name of Zuses BUTTHOLE would they let a trailer go out of their yard if they knowingly have defective equipment? Why would DOT allow them to rent equipment if they knowingly have defective equipment? I will just have to make a call to DOT and point this out.

Rented an excavator for a week, staff was easy to work with. I had to make a last minute schedule change and they accommodated me completely. Equipment was delivered on time and in the right location. I’ll be back again to finish my project.

I get my propane here because it's easy and cheaper than other places.the staff are friendly and the service is great, the only down side is the parking lot is an afterthought and insanely small especially for the types of vehicles that often try to park in it.so be prepared for a tight fit and a 23 point turn to get out again.other than that they have great prices and good stuff!

Poor scheduling and communication literally cost me several hundred bucks and an entire days time.
