Newport Yaquina Cab

Older man with shaggy sandy hair made me uncomfortable and parked in places he wasn’t supposed to like spaces reserved for handicapped and online grocery pickup. He is quite rude and disrespectful

Great service. Very reliable. Even in pouring rain and stormy weather they provided me the short ride I reserved.
Staff helped me with my bags without even being asked. So helpful and kind.

10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Called 5x every call went to Voicemail, texted at 7: 30pm before the fog actually rolled in that night on the main road and no one ever responded until the next morning at 5: 30am and said they weren’t giving rides until the fog lifted at 8am that morning. I find it hard to believe a taxi service on the coast won’t drive in the fog…. Probably should move you business off the coast then!

Great service, nice driver. I picked a bar that doesn’t serve drinks so I might as well have driven myself, but it was enjoyable to catch a cab; the scheduling was easy, she got to us really much faster than expected being the only cab in town, and was very punctual for our scheduled pickup. Thanks!

Nicole was the BOMB! Super chill, seriously professional and he n time! She allowed us to to pick a time that worked in her schedule. She was funny, sweet and deserving of a tip!

I haven’t had any bad experiences but also have only used them a few times. Has to wait a couple hours for a ride one time which sucked but no other complaints. The cars have been very clean which is really nice!

Mark was my driver this morning, and he was so nice and comfortable to talk with. I just really appreciated him this morning.

The company owner because they were busy and didn't want to keep me waiting really good person I have used them sense and driver was just as cool
