Helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious staff. I recently had an issue with my paddle board that made it unusable. Two staff members looked it over and returned from the back with brand new paddle board two minutes later. Free of charge. No paperwork, no warranty. That is first class customer service and I will continue to buy all my paddle products here. Thanks Next Adventure!

We just bought a fish seeking water faring vessel from NAPS and have been amazed at its beauty and aqueous prowess. Not only that but the store dwelling queen that helped us find and acquire such an esteemed vessel - the magnificent Queen Overlord Page of NAPS - was instrumental in our paddle sports endeavor. I came in Friday afternoon looking for a kayak and Paige was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I ended up leaving with a cool kayak that fit my needs.

Very helpful and friendly staff! The selection is really great here and I feel very lucky to have a local shop that specializes in paddle sports:) I will say the pricing isn't the most competitive, though they do have some pretty good sales sometimes. Overall the main thing bringing me back is the staff being so nice and willing to answer all my dumb questions!

Was told my discount approved by the Manger was not valid at time of sale, my friend and I spent two hours picking EVERYTHING out for a 2k plus purchase and we walked out because they would not honor the discount we discussed multiple times.
