Nicolette has helped us buy two homes. She has worked tirelessly to find us the right home. She makes herself available at anytime and is super responsive. The second home was a new construction so she really was amazing in advocating for us to get things up to par before moving in. I highly recommend Nikki for any of your real estate needs. I was in need of purchasing a house quickly and with specific requirements at a time where the market was slow and interest rates were on the rise (Fall/Winter 2022). I was on a budget and limited on location.

Nikki was very quick to respond to all of my inqueries via email and phone call. I was able to get all the information I needed on houses I was looking at online prior to the showings. This saved a lot of time touring homes and helped me narrow my search.

When showings were scheduled Nikki was very knowledgeable about the properties as well as taking immediate actions to find out information that was unclear. She was also able to show me houses that I had not thought of in my search inquiry that potentially thought would meet my needs. This was very helpful in helping me compare and ultimately decide on a house.

Upon deciding to put an offer in she contacted my lender directly to see what my actual buying power was and to be able to generate an offer that favored me the most. This included maximizing the amount the seller would pay for closing. This ultimately saved me thousands that would have otherwise have been left on the table.

Nikki was wonderful to work with buying our home in Bend while we were living out of state. She was recommended to us by another realtor that lived outside the Bend area, and when we initially reached out we were not 100% sure we would be buying (it was contingent on a job offer/acceptance), she didn’t hesitate to talk with us and learn more about what we were looking for to help us better prepare.

The job came through, and we were on a fast track to sell our out of state home and buy a home in Bend ASAP.
