An unreasonable amount of paperwork required to cancel service, especially if the subscriber passed away. Took more documentation than canceling credit cards. With all of the other things people need to take care of when someone passes away, an alarm company continuing to bill you even after you've notified them of the passing is the last thing I'd except from a company that proudly displays it's Christianity on their forms.

The technician did a great installation! We have been happy with the system and the monitoring!

When you have to do work on your home and find out how poorly wired the system is and how your electrician shows you the poor workmanship in the wiring, you realize that while it's nice to do local business, there still is an expectation that it will be done correctly. Of course, no one knows about the poor wiring job because it's in the walls where you can't see it. Would never use them again and recommend if you do use them, you're ok with paying an electrician to be present when they install to make sure it's being done right.

We have had our Nighthawk Alarm system for over 18 years. We have had a few false alarms (neighbor, dog, etc) and their response was immediate. They have always been caring and professional when calling and are knowledgeable and helpful when I've called to inquire about our system. They have definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Love that they are local! Would definitely recommend them.

I have had Nighthawk Security for the last two years and have no issues. Monthly costs seemed reasonable. I have never set the alarm off so I have no idea of response time. Friendly staff.

We've used Nighthawk security for over 10 years now, in 2 different homes, and they are awesome. My favorite part about the company is that they are local, and a REAL person answers the phone when you call, as opposed to being greeted by a "phone tree, " as is the case with many of the larger alarm companies.

We've had several false alarms (dog set off the alarm, wind blew the back door open, etc), and each time, Nighthawk has responded in an immediate, professional and helpful manner. Their installers know what they are doing, and don't leave a mess-hard to find these days.
