Nike Portland reviews
9Surprised is the only Nike store we have left in Portland, here you can buy with unique discounts
Unprofessional leaving customers outside in the cold waiting after opening time while employees laughed looking at us threw window!
Awesome store no doubt, but the service is severely lacking. Walked around for about 10 minutes with zero greeting and zero help. I even stood next to the clothing and shoes I was curious about but nada…Ended up leaving.
Very less options to select, was very disappointed especially for a store where Nike Headquarters Is
I love geting my Exercise gear here. They have the best leggings and training bras and shoes. The store is very well put together and there was people around That was able to help me find what I needed.
The parking was alright for portland. Employees were very nice and helpful. And like I said the quality here is A+.
Definitely will be back here again.
I drive all the way out here at 10am and they tell me they don’t open tell 11 it was an hour drive!
Boring store with few products.
Unfortunately, NBA products are completely non-existent.
Great customer service at the cash wrap from a woman who was very helpful in enrolling me into their rewards program!
Went to return unworn shoes after completing the return form online, so all I had to do was drop off the shoe box. They told me I had to wait in line with all the other people who wanted to shop: about 20 people. Ridiculous for them to not have a separate process for quick returns. I waited a few minutes and the line didn't move so I left, despite having paid for parking because I didn't have time to wait for 20 weekend shoppers to go ahead of me for a simple return.
The Beaverton company store allows returns even for non-employees, so I went there instead. They also said returns could skip a long shopper line, which the PDX store should do as well.
The PDX store should also be open later than 6pm at least one week day, for people who work full time.
