I own a pair of the Nike Vapor max They are my favorite shoes however to have paid almost $230 for a pair I did not expect for the toe of the shoe to be worn so fast and ripping in the front You would have thought the shoe
would have been more durable than what they are refund would be nice or a new pair

If I could give 0 stars i would air max plus is a expensive shoe I understand the 2 year warranty but if where I purchased had the shoe for a year before it was sold and now i have a issue but its not covered because of the date it was made that's not my fault. I am advide shopper of Nike shoes and other product but this to happen is so unfair to me.and i know just cause i wouldn't purchase anymore want stop nothing.and no one will probably even respond to my issue at all.so sad

Nike is a complete ripoff they send me 100 specials a day and they are all bait and switch. Every time I try to take advantage of one of their promos it comes back as it doesn’t qualify. I moved on to UA for clothing and will go back to Adidas for my running shoes. Adios Nike as I guess you don’t need my business…

I’ve been a sneaker collector since my teens. I’ve always had a love for Nikes! I love the mismatched colored sneakers, they are probably my favorite. Their designs and color schemes are the best by far, no competition there. My four year old has her very first pair, I’m sure she will be a collector one day just like her mommy! Thanks to Nike for always keeping it fresh!

I love Nike's products but their customer service is horrible. I've had many problems with shoes sent by Nike through LaserShip being stolen by employees, along with everyone in my state. Every time this happens, customer service apologizes but they continue to ship my shoes through the company that has stolen nearly every pair of shoes they've handled. LaserShip has stolen 6 pairs of shoes from me in 2021 from just Nike.
LaserShip has stolen Nike packages from friends and family as well. Local news in multiple states have run stories about Nike's LaserShip problem. Hundreds of thousands of posts across social media are complaining about LaserShip stealing packages. None of this deters Nike from using LaserShip. Please don't give us anymore meaningless apologies. When you repeat the same behavior you're apologizing for then you aren't really sorry. Do better Nike, just do it.

I am actually giving Nike.com and it's app. ZERO stars! I was on the app exactly at ten this morning to place an order for my daughter's Xmas gift, a shoe she has been eyeing for a while. I place the order. It went through but didn't receive a confirmation. I contacted Nike about 9 hrs later only because the website says to give at least 24 hrs. Well I contacted Nike and the only explanation Tenten could give me was the order didn't push through. What type of foolishness is this! Horrible customer service! Definitely won't be using Nike.com again or their app. A total disappointment and Scammers!

Most recently, one of my Nike orders had to be replaced because of carrier (stealing) issues. Unfortunately, the Customer Rep wasn't paying full attention to my complaint and (1) shipped the incorrect order; therefore, creating an additional issue of me having to return the incorrect shipped items. Nike Customer Service (2) failed to include all the incorrect items that I was returning in the Return Authorization, thus I ate the cost of 2 pairs of pants. In trying to escalate the matter, I couldn't speak to upper management and neither would any Rep repeat their names for me.

Silly me, I placed another order 2 weeks ago. All of the items did not ship at the same time. When the last 2 items of my order arrived this week, the box contained 2 pairs of kid's sneakers that I did not order. I called Nike Customer Service in an effort to return these sneakers. Was told that my issue had to be escalated.

Tonight, I receive a message from Nike that the company will no longer initiate any investigations or provide any courtesies for packages sent to me. In other words, they are insinuating that I am committing fraudulent or suspicious activity with my return requests. I AM TRYING TO RETURN SNEAKERS THAT I DID NOT ORDER DUE TO FULFILLMENT ERRORS ON NIKE'S BEHALF. Clearly if the person writing the response would look at the Order No.that I provided, they would see there were no shoes on my order. No manager will speak with me over the phone, and I was told that my issue could not be reviewed by a different Nike manager. This is Nike's final response. Therefore, I am left with no option other than to contact my state's Attorney General's Office, Consumer Division.

Stop shipping with Lasership, they have stolen 10 packages from me in the last 4 months and Nike continues to use them as a vendor. I have open a case the North Carolina Attorney General.

I have always worn nike shoes, but the last pair I bought has the most embarrassing squeaking/crunching noise coming out from where the shoe and top of the sole meet.

Nike needs to have some quality control in their packaging and shipping departments. I doubt I will order another pair of shoes from them in the future after receiving my recent online order.

I love Nike especially nike SB. The USA jersey for olympics was amazing. However, when I wanted to purchase the jersey it became smoke and mirrors. Was not available for when the olympics were showing for no reason at all and finally once released in such a limited release was unable to purchase but lo and behold available on stock x (no surprise there) Limited release is not helping your brand. Allowing stock X to buy all your limited release items is ruining your brand. I don't really get why you do this. If something is popular just release enough of it to justify the price you set for the item. Your relationship with stock x is dubious at best. This behaviour is going to get attention by the SEC mark my words.

A shoe that was button on to break in and while pulling up on the loops it comes undone. Great job nike on a great boxing boot, it is truly worth 300 dollars. So excited to get in the ring with these what a true disappointment, won't even get to use them once in a ring.

I ordered new air force shoes for my 10 year old grandson i live in florida he lives in Pennsylvania, so he got the shoes today and they had dirt on the bottom of the shoes and a big smudge on the side they were used, my daughter called them and they blamed it on fedex drivef said it happen before now we have to wait until they receive the shoes back then they send out new ones rest assure i will never buy nike again
