I called them and spoke with a very pleasant person, Marrisa? Made an appointment for cleaning. They did not show up or call to indicate being late or to reschedule. Contacted them. I had to leave for work. No one contacted me back, live or message. Maybe schedule full or do not want new clients. I will go with another service.

Their service was excellent. Great cleaning with Nikis cleaner that left the office brighter and smelling like new! All without the nasty chemicals. Very happy with our carpets now! ️

All staff were responsive, timely, respectful, and did a great job cleaning my very stained carpet. They even mopped their way out the front door to insure they hadn't left water spots behind.

It's Important to describe exactly what you want to have cleaned and to check after completion. They will also do special requests if needed. They do a very thorough job and met my expectations.

Definitely a GENUINE 5 star! All tough the quote might sound pricy at first, is totally worth the money! I booked a deep cleaning for my new apartment and they left everything like new, addressed all the problems I mentioned and even details I did not notice, moved stove and fridge and cleaned behind them, as well as inside all the appliances. Did not leave anything out, they cleaned even the all the light switches, came and left on time and used vinegar based soap for the kitchen so it is safe for everyone! Definitely recommend the service for all the clean freaks like me!
