15We went in to have new tires put on my wife's Nissan Rogue, and the turn around time was awesome. More importantly, since we had set the appointment and picked out the tires online, and they were running a promo for installation. Tony, the team service manager who assisted us with the transaction, and when he presented the remaining balance, I mentioned the promotion online was an online installation rebate; long story short, Tony researched after we picked up our Rogue, and found out we had overpaid. Tony then refunded us the difference and personally texted us informing us of that refund. This is the kind of service that guarantees that we will always have Gladstone Nissan as our preferred service provider and we will recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you Tony!

Believe in nice is an understatement. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful. If I could give 10 stars to Tony in your service department, I would. My Pathfinder is 21 years old with 130k. He treated me no different than his customers with newer vehicles and kept me informed as to what needed to be done to calling me to say it was ready to go. Tony went the extra mile for me and I am very grateful. Thank you!
There were a couple of issues that were disappointing about my visit. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. A bit after 1 1/2 hours I was told they were just finishing up. It was another hour before they finished. Also, when I got back in my car the other maintenance light was still on. After the technician told me it was an easy fix. I didn't go back in as have it addressed as I was already there way longer than expected. Had I known it would take this long I would of left my vehicle there instead of staying,

Lied to me about a tire repair.
First time, told me nothing wrong.
Second time repaired my tire
Two weeks later same tire same problem.
This time they told me it was too close to the wall to repair.
I get a second opinion from Discount Tire. Discount tire says then patch that was put on is bad.
Lying is not good customer service.
The car is only 2 years old and supposedly bumper to bumper warranty doesn’t cover tires.
The car has 21k miles.
This service experience was very good. The car went into the service area as scheduled. The wait time was just as forecast.
Faulty repair on my car the tech installed parts that didn’t fix the car and they still charged me for labor even though no diag was preformed to verify faulty components. Fuel pump replaced failed after 3 weeks of having the car back I will never come back and I advise you take your Nissan to an independent shop
Would have liked to be kept informed about how long the part ordered would take to arrive. Also, would have been nice to notify me that the Service Center at the dealership was undergoing construction and where exactly to go to pick up my car.
The service folks at the Gladstone Nissan are the best! They always go the extra mile for me every time I have any service needs.
Everything went smooth the guy I don't remember his name but he was very courteous and it went pretty quick!
Got my car back sooner than expected and the service people were super helpful and friendly.
Overall a wonderful experience and that's important because I never let anyone work on my vehicles. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Good place overall and my Xterra feels nice now that I has a fresh transmission flush. 10/10 definitely recommend
