Niswonger-Reynolds Funeral Home and Crematory

Shortly after my wife passed in hospice, I had to make a decision which funeral home was coming to pick her up. Devastated, I searched the highest Google rating, which was a mixed bag. So I called Niswonger-Reynolds. I grilled Kevin unmercifully. He took it in stride and gave me the confidence that all of her and my needs would be met. Hard to say positive things under these circumstances, but Niswonger was perfect for me.

Kevin went above and beyond our expectations in handling a very challenging situation in needing to send our loved one’s remains to an international location. He helped us navigate all of the different regulations for each country and never showed any bit of frustration. He did a beautiful job in preparing the body for viewing before cremation and created a welcoming and inviting environment for our family to grieve. Nina at the front desk was always ready to help and support our family. I can’t recommend them enough! Incredible work. Thank you both so much!
