Noble Wave Louisiana Kitchen reviews
20The food here was amazing, I was a littlw disappointed at the service though. They didnt share the specials ypon arrival, as we didn't see them taped to the outer window till after we had purchased almost $50 bucks worth of appetizers. This isnwhy inrated thw service 3 stars. I mean the service wasnt horrible, food was fast, and hot but just didnt feel like we were tended to very well. Especially for a total bill of a little over $200 bucks for 6 people. We will go back as there is no where else we can get such great food, and hopefully service will be a little better.
I only came here to grab a drink so my rating is only based on the service I got for drinking. Food looks good alcohol selection is low and place closes at 10. Really cozy home, laid back looking place. Looks a lil boujee for me.
This place is awesome! We chose to sit outside which was very nice. The food was some of the best I've had maybe ever! Really good service and even better food!
We ordered the hot bird, gumbo with a side salad, and spicy fried pickles as an appetizer. We asked before ordering if the appetizer could be split on the bill between the two of us, our server said yes. A regular hot bird is $17. If you want Fancy Fries it's an additional $3 all for a little extra Parmesan cheese on top. The fries and pickles were extremely salty. The bread that comes with the gumbo (gumbo was good) was like one giant crouton. We weren't sure if the menu said side salad was made entirely of kale with some pepperoncinis tossed on top, but that's what we got. We sat outside, I get that, but we were never checked on after food was delivered. Came time to pay and all the sudden the $14 pickles can't be split. My check for a hot bird with fancy fries and the entire appetizer of spicy fried pickles was $34 before the expected tip. No drink, just water. All for highly oversalted and stale. And to boot, the food sick came in the middle of the night. I think I've massively overpaid and I do not think I'll be back.
My only problem is that spicy food does not set well with me. Even though it wasn't horribly spicy. I had trouble eating it. It certainly was a great experience though. I would recommend it to others who do not have my particular problem.
We gave them another shot. The seating is much better and the staff was attentive. The hurricane was delicious.
Left another restaurant came here for a better experience did not disappoint.
My girlfriend has high standards and they met each one. Gumbo & shrimp and grits were amazing.
The food rocks. If you like Cajun or Louisiana cuisine go here. It’s not the fanciest place in town but certainly one of the yummiest. The folks are also cool.
Loved everything here, food GREAT, servers fantastic. Easy to get to. Will cone back for breakfast.
It was pretty busy but our wait time was short. The Breakfast poutine was to die for, the gravy was creamy and the cheese curds were abundant and melted to perfection. I got one of their made fresh, in house biscuits and they might have been the biggest I've seen yet, also delicious
They have a great variety of brunch cocktails as well as an assortment of fruity non-alcoholic options. Will definitely be returning!
Tk not get into details, the management sucks, waitresses are mad and don’t even acknowledge you, and have a serious attitude. They don’t even look at you when you are at the front door trying to get a hold of them to tell them you have a party of 6 coming in. Very rude and unpleasant atmosphere. Last time I come here
We ate at Noble Wave for the first time today and we MIGHT be back. While they say they have Louisiana theme food, there was limited offerings on the lunch menu. However, the food was good and in good portions. It may be better as a breakfast place
Food was disappointing, to be honest. I was expecting some good southern food but it ended up tasting like some reheated leftover stuff. Not appetizing. The dinner plate was filled with fries than the main dish. They also didn’t have anything except the brunch menu at 6: 30 in the evening
We were really excited to try this place but we were very dissapointed. You are asked to pay before you get your food and are forced to pay when you order unless you have cash to tip you have to include when you pay. The wait was not bad but the flies were driving us nuts. My $22 shrimp and grits was good but that was it. Hubby got the Hot Bird sandwich and it was okay. Daughter got the vegetarian califlower sandwich and it had an egg on top. The cauliflower was battered and fried but they were greasy. Once the food was brought to the table they never check in to see if need anything.
The water was filtered! I am always happy about that.
Will not return.
Service was terrible, waited 45+ minutes for food and they were not busy, cat fish was burnt, cook left the kitchen and forgot our dessert
It was our first and last visit
Excellent and authentic food, friendly service and a comfortable environment. Can't say I've gotten anything from here I've been disappointed in. And THE GATOR IS BACK. What more need I say?
Update: The gator is GONE. But food is still good.
The food here is exceptional. Their Sunday brunch is one of the best in town. We had the biscuits and gravy and the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious.
Lovely spot! Really wanted to try the fried alligator but they were all out. The shrimp & grits was my favorite dish out of everything we ordered. Had an absolutely beautiful looking daiquiri that was a tad too sweet for my liking, still hit the spot. Overall 8/10 experience
Tasty food! Even the kid's chicken tenders were well seasoned yet low key. Def recommend!
Cute place. Drinks are really good. Food is good. But not much to choose from. Would go back.
