I was assisted on the partiiculars of my new Respironics CPAP machine, by Kelsie, who I recall was an inhalation therapist. She was outstanding.thorough in her coverage of features and re-order procedures, engaging, receptive to my many questions, and she brought a positive demeanor to our meeting. I was quite favorably impressed.

Staff is all 9-5ers who do not have customer service skills and seem to care less about helping you if you should call. I called to get my cpap machine and supplies. My doctor sent prescription on 6/29, I called them on 7/8 and they were "just processing it"and would call back. I called on 7.12 and they have to ship it to my home. No fitting, No choice of mask-nothing. Asked for fitting, they told me to get the machine and then schedule a fitting. At this rate, it will take OVER A MONTH to get this completed! THEY ARE SLOWER THAN THE DMV!

I picked up a knee scooter the day before my surgery. The staff explained how to use the scooter and let me test drive it in the store. They answered all my questions. My new scooter works great and I get around much quicker! I would recommend them for your medical equipment needs.

Terrible. Kaiser used them for overflow of CPAP supplies. They ignored my orders, and don't even carry the filters that are required for my CPAP.

Bad services, they got my referral from my doctor for crutches, and then they gave me the wrong crutches. I returned the crutches and asked for crutches that I need. After that, they sent me the same wrong crutches that I had at the first. Now I'm waiting for my crutches to be delivered to me, and It's been a month and no one gave me a call

Rachel has been absolutely incredible with my employer. We have tried for years to get him a wheel chair and just had no luck with constant rejections of insurance being able to help with it and she went above and beyond to help us get my employer the best he could have and she really showed him and I, how to use it and gave us wonderful tips on how to make life a little easier with this new change in his life and just overall.she was just as excited for him as he was. I havent seen him smile this much in years, cant even begin to tell you how much he wanted this. She speaks to him with such respect and showers him with such high praise. The confidence she has for my employer is over the moon. Thank you Rachel for all you have done and do for him. It's more than appreciated.

I received my walking boot and was the service was professional. I was surprised and uncomfortable with the number of employees not wearing face masks. Outside of the fact that it is the law in Oregon, the clientele Norco serves is likely to be medically fragile. To top it off you sell PPE’s.

I want to give a shout-out to Som Johnson who is 5-stars PLUS in helping serve our patients at the OHSU Parkinson Center and getting them specialized DME. Som has been our go-to person for years, and I can't say enough about her commitment to excellent customer service. If we ever have a question or problem, she jumps in and solves it quickly, efficiently, and positively. Honestly I don't know where we and our patients would be without her assistance. Thank you, Som!

Got Drive Walker ; less than 6 months apparently loosely *assembled"and or missing parts ; brake assembly tightener & missing spring caused it to be unsafe. Refused Called

OMG, what a joke.
Had Surgery last Wednesday, was promised I'd go home with a new walker by Thursday when I was to be discharged. We called multiple times during business hours just to get their after hours answering service (which is also a total joke).

Now It's Monday and still no walker.
I've been forced to move around on a new hip without the walker. Fraid that if they actually do deliver, I WON'T EVEN NEED OR WANT IT, just sayin.

The staff of this company are completely negligent. My child's pulmonologist had to fax the order for her asthma nebulizer multiple times over a period of a week, during which time my child was having an asthma flare up. I had to call and follow up multiple times as did the pulmonologist's office assistant, who said this is par for the course for Norco. Then, the company finally called me at 4: 50 exactly one week after the machine had been ordered, and told me the nebulizer was ready for me to pick up but to hurry and get there because they close at 5: 00. I told them I live an hour drive away; so I can't be there in 10 minutes. They offered to mail it to me so I could receive it within the next week. My child was, meanwhile, using her albuterol inhaler several times per day and in serious need of her asthma medication delivery device. I told them I would come to their facility and pick it up as soon as they open the next morning. Norco staff has complete negligent disregard for the nature of the work they are doing. If you are a patient in need of a medical device or physician prescribing a medical device that is not elective, but rather a medical necessity, I recommend you do NOT place your order with Norco.

My opinion of this company went up 2 stars a few minutes ago when a complaint of mine was rapidly answered by the new store manager contacting me within an hour of posting my issue. Thanks John, for caring enough to listen.

This company lied to me about the scooter that they got for me to get around. They told me that this scootet is the top of the line, when infact it wasn't. They also lied about trying to help get me a new one, when they didn't. Don't trust this company at all the are liers & frauds. They lied about my insurance, I talked them & they told me a different story. They never ever got me the right scooter, or tried to. Terrible customer service and they will blaim you for them being horrible at their job. This company should be prosecuted for fruad and shut down before they cause any real harm or worse.

Completely dissatisfied with the service from Norco Medical. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and never received it. When I called today I was told the order had been processed and cancelled but they couldn't explain why. I received no apology. Evan was rude this time as was the last person I dealt with there. I will be letting my doctor know how I've been treated and ask for my medical supplies (including my hospital bed) to be provided by another vendor. There is no excuse for treating your customers poorly. The supplies I get every month are needed in a timely manner. I'm tired of their rude employees. They have lost a long term customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all.

This company is horrible. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DME. Horrible Horrible customer service. I do not care of their clients in danger because they don't have them medical equipment they need.

I was diagnosed with M. S. 05/05/1998 at that time I was mobile even driving still. It was 2010 when my M. S.began to affect my walking and Norco medical set me up with a 3 wheeler that could be broke down and put in the trunk. After 5 years I was unable to use the 3 wheeler and Norco medical then set me up with a power wheelchair in 2016 due to the progression of my M. S. Now in 2019 I can't use my legs and my ability to use my arms and hands has become very difficult. This is when I meet Rachael Erickson and RACHAEL with her exceptional (not seen) support Rob and Jason took on the very knowledgeable and caring task of modifying my powerchair to be comfortable and easier to operate while providing for my advanced medical needs. Rachael spent her time making sure that all the modifications were appropriate and adjusted for my personal needs. Rachael has been exceptional with post delivery communication and support! I cannot say enough great things about Rachael Erickson and what she has done for my quality of life.

I had the best experience with the rehab department here. Rachael went over the top to help me through the process of getting my custom manual chair, I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten her as my ATP. She taught me so much about all the different brands and features of different chair combos until we found exactly what was right for my needs with a Tilite. Getting to see different demos in person made the biggest difference for me. Her communication and passion for serving customers is 10/10.

For two weeks I’ve left phone msgs requesting parts, and never got a return call. Also contacted their corporate headquarters, again no response. After years working with them, I’m through, and strongly caution anyone doing business with them.
