Very overpriced, all picked over selection and customer unfriendly, it took me 25 mins for a checkout as the line was long and only 1 checkout counter open

Best clothing options around the tanasbourne area! Too many size zeros and not enough size 12 to 14 however. Also missing where they set any type pajamas that don't get tangled in the sheets they never seem to have them and I'm not sure why those cotton ones just won't cut the mustard! Nice jewelry selection both inexpensive and the type that's locked in the display case sunglasses versus wallets different beauty items and cosmetics. I love the coats and jackets. Not everything is available in all sizes I assume that this is because these are the things that maybe Nordstrom's store is no longer selling? This could be due to end of season or space concerns I guess. Oh excellent shoes selection and then accessories household items. Conveniently located right next to Ulta! Good prices and overall and excellent store!

The cashier Allison P. And Manager were very rude and kept asking question after question while checking out. Made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable. Did not get our double points and when I called back to talk to the manager he did not care about our concerns! Will not be coming back here again.

Not the top brands you would expect usually on discount. A lot of brands were small/unheard/private labels. However, massive selection.

Aug 2022 udpate: If you are a dude, go ahead and skip this one now. They may as well make this an all women store. There are harldy any shoes of note, the suit selection is non existent which is understandable but the womens part is packed. The one by Washington Square has a larger men's selection.
This rack is close to my house so it's always good to me. I get all my stuff tailored there by Celeste.even if I buy some place else she hooks it up for me. For men, the selection is hit or miss. I am usually looking for steal on Italian shoes and suits and American shoes and suits.etc. I've noticed they have shrunk the suit selection quite a bit over the last few years so been going to the one downtown or by Washington Square. Also the shoes are very hit or miss but I still go there about 2-3 times a week when I'm "bored" after work. When I order stuff online I usually return it here also. This place has a HUGE section for women that I avoid so you gonna have to look elsewhere for that opinion. It gets crowded on clear the rack days and holiday and the check-out line gets long. Also overall Nordstrom needs to invest in better tech for their mobile pay terminals. It's too slow and prone to errors and long lines can form behind the employees checking people out. Overall, always been a good experience there for me.

I purchased a simple bralette for $19.97. I got it home and realized it had a sticker on top of the original Nordstrom rack price tag. The original price tag was for $9.97. I went back in to the store and spoke with a manager to get refunded the $10. They refused a refund and told me that just like markdowns, they can markup items. This is a DISCOUNT store. This bra was marked up more than double the original price. Very shady business practice and customer service.

So much merchandise! Fun to explore and find good deals on stuff I will enjoy and gifts for others. Very fun!

Sometimes there's good finds but overall I guess It just depends what you're going there to buy or how much you want to spend. Good buys on watches, shoes and certain clothing brands but like I said it depends on what the person is looking to spend.

They didn't have the clothes that they showcased on the dummies. Kind a false advertising if that was the look you were going for

This is a fun store to shop in. Lots of items and neatly arranged so it’s easy to find my size in clothes and shoes. Checkout time was less than a minute wait today.

I want to know why they’re putting stickers directly on shoes. I spent $100.00 on these Birkenstocks and after removing the stickers they’re all sticky. So uncomfortable and unnecessary

There's a variety of clothing and beyond merchandise to explore here. Staffing will be hard to locate if you need any help, but I've never needed store assistance. There are plenty of sale items, just need to take a bit of time to find your score and limited in petite sizing.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because my cashier Allison p was very rude, condescending and careless with my items and me. I was being very nice and she just kept kinda looking me up and down with a judgemental look and it made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The other employees were very nice and helpful though And I would’ve given a five star.

They have a lot of 5/5.5 women shoes. I don't get to see that a lot so it was nice to actually get a chance to try some shoes. Petite pants or jackets on the other hand didn't exist really. Either it's taken real quick or they just have a very small amount for women to choose. Wish I could have come out with more things that I needed but overall experience really good. There was a pair of shoes that didn't have a price tag and they were quick to let us know the price. Would come here for the variety of shoes again!

I think I got stuck with the slow cashier because she seemed confused the entire time and everyone else I interacted with is so happy to talk to me it’s annoying. I just want to buy a cardigan please leave me alone.
