As a part time resident I have an opportunity to compare services received by local businesses to the same category of business from another location. North Lincoln Sanitary Service provides a excellent example.

What I noticed immediately was the condition of their equipment. Their trucks are clean, always. The drivers are courteous, friendly and considerate. The office staff is professional and friendly. The recycle facility is clean and there is always an attendant to answer questions and, in many cases, offer a hand to help.

North Lincoln Sanitary Service is an excellent example of what a sanitary company can be.

My service is almost always (99.9% of the time) prompt, and the people who pick up my garbage are always super friendly and helpful. On the super rare occasion my service is missed they take care of it right away and are very friendly on the phone. The staff at the drop-off center in Lincoln City are very helpful and friendly as well. Thank for the great service!

Reliable, nice people both with home pickup and at the recycle center. I only wish we could recycle more kinds of plastic.

I call every month to cancel weeks for just garbage pick up cause my address will not allow me to get the service I want (every other week pick up for everything). So now my Feb bill is in full when they WHERE called and NO garbage was put out but my bill is in full. Their claim is that I did not call, my account will show them that I have called every month for about 2 years. Will not acknowledge that a office worker messed up now I have to record who I talked to. They are VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRy short on customer service.

Would give it less than 1 star if I could; their customer service team does not know how to communicate with people without being super passive aggressive/ unhelpful. It's nearly impossible to get payments to them without having to call and walk them through every step and on top of that don't expect your deposit back because you more than likely will not get it even if your cans are returned with no damage.

They are always there to help. Very easy to drop stuff off, all the bins are labeled and with easy access.

Every time we deal with the company the women running the service desk are extremely passive aggressive. They never actually help us solve any problems we have and at this point I don’t know what there job is besides brushing everything off and pretending. I would terminate them and find more respectful, problem solving receptionist.

TODAY WAS MY PU FOR GARBAGE & RECYCLING. THE RECYCLE GENTLEMAN (TWO MAN TRUCK WITH ARM LIFT) PICKED UP MY RECYCLE AND DROPPED NUMERIOUS ITEMS OUT OF THE CAN. I STOP THEM ON THERE RETURN DOWN THE BLOCK. OF COARSE I WAS UPSET AND DID CUSS WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE. BUT I WATCHED THEM ON HOW THAT TEAM WAS PICKING UP CANS. THERE WAS NO WAY THIS MAN DID NOT SEE WHAT WAS LEFT BEHIND. I TALKED WITH THEM AND THATS WHAT THEY CLAIMED. IS THIS HOW BECAUSE OF MONOPOLY ON THIS SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS GET TREATED?

Joint is pretty easy to use & kept clean so you generally do not feel to bad about getting back in your rig.
