North Ridge Apartments

My wife and I have been here for awhile now and we've seen a lot of the staff come and go. It's been a nice change since the Teri has been manager and now has a full staff. Lots of improvements have been made and many more to come. Thank you for all that you have done and looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Reasonably quiet and safe complex. No outstanding issues. Info newcomers may find useful. Recent property management company change (Feb. 2023) requires payment of rent exactly on 1st of month. No range of dates (previously, one could pay until the 3rd). In my 2B2B, the smaller bedroom closet was mostly taken up by the water heater. So you have one 'suite' with a smaller sized walk in closet, larger bathroom and reasonably sized bedroom. The second B/B is smaller, little useable closet space and separate bathroom at end of hall. Two adults with significant amounts of 'stuff' will find themselves with piled up belongings.

Teri is amazing and easy to work with apartments are great and not overpriced and quiet we came from other apartments that where noisy so this is big improvment
