They had my truck for 8 months to do a SAS. When I got my truck back it misfired, had steering that was incredibly unsafe to drive, and had a frame welds that were left unpainted and were starting to rust, not to mention a bunch of other small things. And Don has an excuse for everything. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you want a mechanic who cares about your vehicle.

After having my truck back for awhile and driving it I’d thought I would update my review with what I have found on top of all the previous stuff. My arb bumper was only attached with 4 bolts to the bottom of the frame and nothing on top so going down the road it jiggles all over the place. My radflo coil overs were set to 2.5” different than each other and one of them was not properly attached to the reservoir so all the fluid leaked out. The snorkel kit he installed looks like a child did it and came disconnected on the trail. And I didn’t get all of my parts back from him and he refuses to return them.

Wes and his team have always been my go to for Toyota and Lexus 1UZ parts. Though pricier you get what you pay for, and these guys sell the best of the BEST of the BEST parts. Had my vehicle for over a month, failed to complete work to agreed standard. Installed incorrect spark plugs, causing my vehicle to break down literally on the way home and costing thousands of dollars to remedy. Claimed to be able to source parts that never turned up. Multiple welds failed. Materials specified and paid for were substituted for cheaper alternatives.

The custom bumper I paid for literally fell to pieces and had to be removed after less than a year.

It's a shame, because I know the owner to be quite capable. I'd like to be able to chalk this all up to incompetence, but I rather doubt that's the case.
