Northern Wasco County Aquatic Center reviews
10I just want to thank the staff for showing my son Noah another amazing summer and being so good at there job ️ I appreciate the staff for always being welcoming and also just being good people
We went for the 1st time and we loved it! It was $5.50 per person. The place was busy and due to lack of staff they could only allow 75 people in at the same time. We has a short wait to get in and stated for a few hours. The pool is set up where there is grass beside the pool and you can rent shade umbrellas! Kids and I loved it especially the final touch of sitting in the grass. You can take your lawn chairs and your own food and drink. If you don't bring anything and you get the munchies they have a snack bar. Enjoy Summer at the Pool.
I ️our pool. The lifeguards are mostly students from our community and they do an outstanding job of keeping everyone safe. It is great place for families to reconnect after a long school year. Thank you!
So two of the five of us that are contributing to this liked the fact that they had free pool noodles. The slide was not open until the last 30 minutes before they shut down the pool. The bottom of the pool is rough and causes sores and scratches to the bottom of your feet. The water park outside of the pool facility is very nice. The diving blocks were off limits which is not cool. Especially since the diving board was not off limits. The pool closed 3 hours early causing a loss of 3 hours worth of swimming for the patrons. The reason was due to staffing issues. Hopefully I can update my review and it can improve in the future.
Great a leat the city didn't make them shut it down. I'm not buying the spay of the water hitting the creek.just be honest it's a free kid friendly place.heaven forbid we can't have that
This is an okay Park I walk my dog around here there are a lot of homeless but they keep to themselves and are not intrusive there are no restrooms that I know of but it is right next door to Safeway and it's kept clean but not the greatest place to hang out for very long and it's a small Park.
This pool is the nicest and only pool in The Dalles. The staff is hounding, but I’ve never disliked swimming there.
Big pool. Deep and cold, great for hot summer days when your trying to escape the heat.always has a life guard on duty.
Limited swim times, dressing rooms not available. Dress for swimming before you come. Splash pad is closed.
It would be a better place if the homeless were not leaving their bedding around where children were playing with it, or around it, it needs to be monitored a bit, it's unfortunate that homeless don't have a place to go, but this is a place where children and parents frequent, the pool is ok, never been inside, and don't see a need too
