When I lost my job and couldn’t make my payment Heather worked with me so I didn’t lose my car. It is not worth the hassle with them. They are rude and not understanding what so ever. I called a week ago to see if they could work on me for my payment since I work for the government. I am not getting paid right now due to shutdown and they will not work with me. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to make high payments and pay too much for a car. It was my only option st the time and I regret it fully!

The most disrespectful bank I've ever had and will never have again i highly recommend you find another bank. They hang up on you and disregard you if you have queations.
