Northwest Anesthesia Physicians reviews
3 The most traumatic experience due to lack of compassion for my unborn child who passed away. Letters to you as in Northwest Anesthesia, directors/CEO/CMOS of the day surgery center & riverbend hospital, And the state board will all be receiving letters regarding how I was spoke to, treated, inappropriate asked questions, and how it affected me. NO one should ever have to experience being talked to or treated that way. Especially a woman who lost her child beyond their control.
I will update and change my review if and when these people respond.
Scammers. Billing me for $3,000 and sending me to collections after my c section even though I already met my out of pocket max for the year. I didn’t pay it cuz I thought it was just a bill showing what insurance paid because my out of pocket maximum was already met. They sent me to collections like immediately.most moms after having a c section take maternity leave and or don’t work so it’s kinda hard to pay a 3,000 bill.
I had a planned c section right before covid lockdown happened.days before actually. And I had the privilege of having Dr. Ross as my anesthesiologist during my c section. He knew how to make conversation to distract from the pain of the spinal, and kept conversation going so I was distracted as much as you can be during that surgery. He even put on some music to help. Fast forward 9 weeks, I ended up in the hospital again.this time for a kidney stone.and I had to go get a stent put into my kidney. Funny enough, I had Dr. Ross again, which immediately put my mind at ease. He was so kind, and made this whole thing a breeze. I’ve had many surgeries, awake and 2 not awake. This last experience was BY FAR the most calm experience, he must just know the right cocktails to make everything so smooth for patients. I seriously lucked out again to have Dr. Ross, can’t say enough good about that Dr.just very very grateful to be in such good hands during what was a scary time for me, trying to feed a newborn down 7 floors before surgery several times and after surgery. They were accommodating to my needs of feeding. ️ I don’t care what other people say, an anesthesiologist makes or breaks your experience. On both occasions, has made it very comfortable for me. Thank you Dr. Ross.
