Ryan and his service team run an excellent operation, whether it be getting you in and out for service as quickly as possible, or helping troubleshoot a problem when you're on the water 7 hours away in Idaho. Ben in the pro shop will help you pick out the best boards and equipment to maximize your fun on the water. NWBS is simply the best and only place to go and I'm a customer for life.

Awesome service team! We had an urgent issue with our boat right before taking it on our family summer vacation- Ryan and the service team worked extra hours to problem solve and get us back on the water again. Northwest boat sports is hands down the best dealer I’ve dealt with for any kind of vehicle or craft. I bought my MB through Pat and it was a great experience. Recently I was having issues with the boat idling and called multiple mechanics in the Lake Tahoe Area, None of which could figure out the issue. I made one call to NWBS and they had me in within a few days. The issue was resolved and they had me in and out in less than an hour! I drive 10 hours so that I can visit NWBS. It’s well worth the drive because I know they will have me well taken care of. Highest recommendations for this shop and their amazing team! Thanks NWBS!

2023 Update: We are on our second boat from NW Boat Sports and couldn't be happier. We loved the MB we bought from them last year but traded it in on an awesome Centurion RI230. Our deal started with Bryan and he was great, and then finished with David who also did a good job wrapping up the deal and taking me out for a test drive.

If you are looking for the best boat for the money check out the MB line, but if you want the ultimate Wake Surf Machine look no further than the Centurion RI230. We debated upgrading but one time behind the boat convinced us it was the right choice.

We also just took it in for the first service and had another great experience with them taking care of all our concerns and getting our boat back to us the next day. As always Ryan, the Service Manager, took great care of us and our boat. As well Ben and Carley are always super friendly and helpful. (I hope I spelled her name correctly). The owners of this place have definitely built a great business with some awesome staff, so if you are looking to buy a new Mastercraft, Centurion, Supreme or MB Sports boat go see them.

Big thanks to Ryan, the Service Manager at Northwest Boat Sports. I had a minor issues with the new MB B52 Alpha set up and also managed to clip a log or something bending my prop on the first trip out. Ryan got me right in to make sure there was no further damage and even swapped to my extra prop while the damaged one gets fixed. If you need Service Ryan is the man to see and Northwest Boat Sports is the place to go.
