This school sets you up for failure. Instructors severely mistreat students and each other. The verbal abuse that takes place in this school daily is horrific. Do yourself a favor and enroll elsewhere. Predatory business practices are shockingly blatant! The environment is purely hostile.

Called at 6: 20 pm and they are open until 10 pm according to their website and they told me it’s too late to get highlights, I work until 6: 00 pm so I can’t get in there any sooner. What do they do from 6-10 if no highlights?

First time here, not a bad experience. The young women need to be a bit more stylist assertive and brave

This place screams dysfunction. I have never cried after leaving the salon until going here. They didn't communicate well with me about what they were doing with my hair or what I wanted. I also think they lack the proper materials to do a good job.
Now I have horrible chunky highlights that I really didn't want in a brassy orange mess and my hair is much shorter than I asked. I really regret trusting them. To make it worse I was planning a really big trip next week and I dont even want to be in public now.
When I expressed this to them they basically said I should have known better and that I need to come back in. After spending three whole days in this salon, im tired and I look worse than when I originally came in.
The student who worked on me was nice, I just think this establishment is poorly ran.

Found out that they don't take walk ins so I couldn't get my Haircut so I went Great Clips they take walkins

If are you applying for a job here, be very careful because they can fire you at any moment with no indication of a reason (read the fine print). They provide poor feedback to staff and get rid of you when you do not meet their unspoken requirements. If you a prospective student, you might consider going elsewhere if this is how your instructors or management are treated.

Went to school here, they offered a barber program but had no regular barber instructor, the teachers were helpful but the female owner displayed extremely unprofessional behavior, from changing rules on a whim, to yelling at students in front of customers, if your considering this school for licensing I’d recommend going elsewhere. If your coming in for a service I’d say you have a 50/50 shot at leaving with what you asked for.
