Northwest Community Credit Union

After 10 years of banking at Key bank I switched to Northwest Community Credit Union 2 years ago and the only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner! The customer service is great, they are always willing to work with me and I love that I have had the same tellers since I have banked with them.

When they’re “on” they’re “on” - but their customer service is spotty at best. We came in on a Saturday at 11 and there is only one teller - Cynthia who is slow as molasses, is incredibly rude, has zero listening skills, and and has complete inability to assist me because she’s totally overwhelmed and only focused with the fact that there are 15 members in line behind me.

My husband had been a member here since it was the Fred Meyer credit union years ago. She’s always treated the younger and POC members differently.

It’s unacceptable to be as understaffed as they are. I’ve never had this issue at literally any other bank or credit union.

Cynthia’s archaic way of treating people she deems as lesser has got to go.

Nice local credit union. Very clean. Polite people helpful in the finalization of my car loan.

Locking My Credit Car For Fraud That is not Fraud is Getting So Old Its Outrageous. They Told me Get a new Card, still had problems and Then Get a Credit card, Now Still having Issues. They Locked My card for 10.99. I asked them if they could turn it off and they told me the bank would be liable for the money. So its not really for my protection but for the banks protection. THANKS ALOT TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POLICY

I just love what they have done with the lobby and there is always coffee. The staff have been there for years and are so kind and helpful

The teller was unfortunately unwilling to help at the start. After waiting a while, maybe an hour (not even bad) an officer was able to assist us and she was very nice. Turned a lame day around. Great building, nice bathrooms, they have chairs, windows, but I didnt see any dum dum lollipops.

Always friendly, very helpful when I need help. My debit card was compromised and they closed account and reopened new account and debit card took 15 min. Recovered my money for me.

I have been banking here for nearly 35 years. When it was Fred Meyer Federal Credit Union, it was the friendliest and quickest bank where they know you by your first name.
Even after the merger making it NW Credit Union, the service is still wonderful. My only complaint is the hour bump in the morning. All banks should open at 9am.
The best thing about this business is a teller named Cindy. She's been there forever and is EVERYONE'S favorite teller! She's not just extremely knowledgeable, fast, and treats each customer like a friend. Thanks Cindy!

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. After 3 hours of wasted time opening an account and pulling a hard credit check I was denied an auto loan. They told me I didn't not have enough work history even after showing my tax forms for 175k I made last two years. Do not waste your time there.

At NWCU I feel like part of a family. The staff at the Morrison branch always give me prompt professional service with a genuine community approach. If I could give a ten star rating to these employees I would.

Unfairly treatment of people of different races especially by the older employees! Times have changed learn how to be respectful to all customers regardless of their age, race, gender or sexual orientation! Your location is centered in a diverse community so shame on you!
