I’m enjoying the tools and methods being used at Dr. Frankel’s office. Maria is a great hygienist, employing both water power and hand tool during bi annual cleaning. Not rough, no blood. No fear.

I was referred to Dr. Frankel's office by Salem Pulmonary for a mouth piece for diagnosed apnea. The office staff were very friendly, and Chelsea was thorough in explaining the product, it's use, and the process of ordering and creating the final product. Dr. Frankel came in to confirm and evaluated to make sure I was a candidate for the mouth piece. I was impressed with the service that was provided. I would highly recommend Dr. Frankel for your dental needs.

When I found out our dentist was going to retire, and a new dentist would be taking over I started to panic. My teeth suffered from not going to the dentist regularly. My current dentist did an amazing job. His office staff and assistance were fantastic as well.after years of monthly visits to repair my teeth, I was losing the only dentist I trusted and friend. With some apprehension I gave the new dentist a chance. Turns out One of the best decisions I ever made. Dr Frankel and Team are absolutely amazing. A 5 start plus. If you need a new dentist this is the place to go.

MW Dental arts recently fitted my for a sleep apnea device. They were very professional all the way. They were good at explaining what steps they were taking to make the device and how it would work. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

Not very flexible = need tooth pulled = they farmed me out to a third party who won't even talk to me until Sept. '23 = when I complained, they gave me two others who were equally not acceptable = mealy-mouthed about future course of action I should take - feel they should be much more pro-active finding an entity to complete service they recommend when a patient is in pain

Dr. Frankel and staff are very professionaland provide excellent service. They are all courteous as well. The office is always clean and they use the latest dental equipment. I know Dr. Frankel is also very supportive of the Keizer community and I have seen her volunteer for local events. I would highly recommend Dr. Frankel and team for any of your dental needs!
