In all my years of working on, ordering, and installing new doors. I've never worked with a company as dishonest and unorganized as NWD. Every. Single. Order. Is a nightmare. Dates keep getting pushed out, repeatedly get lied too saying the door is there on a truck and about to be unloaded etc. It's all lies. I'm officially cutting ties with NWD for good. I used to only order from them when a customer specifically requested it or had a door they needed matched but it's reached the point where I'd rather turn the business down than deal with another NWD order.
