Don't believe the office times. Showed up 30 minutes before closing time, office was already closed.

They close a little after work house. I didn’t rent it because I would only have one house race day to use my stuff. Storage needs to be more available.

Had very good service, storage garages were nice and clean. Very accommodating for my needs. Great prices and very friendly! Hope to use them again.

We store out RV at northwest and are very happy with it. Heidi that runs the place is just the sweetest and very helpful. We are so pleased that we plan to rent a traditional indoor unit from them once we take the rv on the road. Facility was nice and management was active on the lot. She knew her customers and what they needed and expected and that beyond what I’ve experienced anywhere else. Thanks Heidi!

Heidi was very professional and efficient. I was able to do everything remotely as well. The space is easy to access and very clean.

Great service. Facility clean. I was able to get things stored immediately. When talking to the manager on the phone, all upfront costs and promotional offers were as promised when I arrived on site. This is not the case with some of the other storage facilities.

Ray, is great, a real great guy! He does his job with pride of ownership, and treats his customers extremely well!

So far so good. I’ll reserve 5 stars for down the road, if applicable. I thought the office manager was friendly and helpful. Place appears to be pretty clean and secure.

New managerial staff is great at keeping this fenced storage yard clean and safe. Plenty of other facilities in Portland have a homeless/transient problem! Had units here for work for 7 years, and it has never looked better. Would recommend to anyone. Level access, no stair to contend with. Drive up exterior doors on many units. Thanks for the due diligence and great service! B

Looks like I should have read the reviews prior to renting. They rented out the unit I was using prior to me closing my account. When I questioned this, the lady behind the front desk kicked me out of the office (first time this has happened in my life). The company is getting double rent for the unit for the month. The lady couldn’t respond to this besides saying “no. ” Super dishonest and shady! Go somewhere else. I would agree with a previous review, I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Sadly I had a property of mine stored for a short time period and was missing close to $500 worth of belongings once I came to take back what was mine or at least what was left. Was lied to straight to my face by property owner. Don’t trust this location is what I’d say.

Clean safe and very friendly staff would highly recommend this place if you need a storage unit

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We recently bought and needed storage for a travel trailer. We already knew the prices here and were OK with them, so it was not like we were trying to nickel and dime the storage place. The worker came down and didn't greet us and looked annoyed that we were there even though we were serious and ready to sign a contract that day. He looked at us like we had no right to disturb him and didn't even bother to take us back to the lot, he just told us out loud very fast the spaces that were available and then huffed when we asked him to repeat because he said them so fast. At every single other place we visited that day (over 10), the workers offered to take us to look at the spaces even before we mentioned it, so his behavior was the exception to the norm. Even though they had spaces and the price was in line with other places and the facility is very close to our home, we got out of there as fast as we could. If the workers can't even be considerdate and friendly with new customers that may want to sign up, then how will they be if there is ever a problem? AVOID AT ALL COSTS; the one down the street, more east on 212, was wonderful and similar in price.

DON'T SPEND A DIME HERE. I am not one to write reviews. But I want to protect other people from having the same experience as me. This place lost me thousands of dollars so far. I rented one of these storage units with hope that they would keep my furniture, my children's toys, clothing, blankets and mattresses, as well as other belongings and valuables safe and clean, but once I moved out, All of my stuff was covered in Rat feces, No food or any attractive bait in my storage unit, by the way, I had my new couches full of rat feces, When Upper management called me they said that the insurance they forced me to get did not cover any damage. I remember attempting to cancel my insurance multiple times and they denied me (SCAM/FRAUD TACTICS) When I contacted the Insurance they had the nerve to tell me that they do not cover any damages done by rodents, and many other excuses as if it was my fault for trusting in the promises this facility offered. (why did they force me into insurance if it did not cover anything anyways? My point is, that as a professional well-known business you should not spend a dime in these facilities because you will lose out on everything. Plus Integrity is out the door, No one is willing to be accountable. If NW Self Storage is willing to work with me and make this right, I am willing to work with them. Until now, Do not use these facilities or their Insurance because all they are doing is stealing your money. 13003 SE Hwy 212, Clackamas, OR 97015 CornerStone Insurance in Pensylvania is the insurance that backs up these facilities. Due to my circumstances I had to unfortunately store my tools & personal belongings since I moved here 5 1/2 yrs ago. Not ideal by all means, but the management James & Alicia made it much less painful for me. They were always so friendly & helpful and I will actually miss them.
