Aly was so polite on the phone and even more so in person. She showed me the rental unit and had the paperwork completed quickly. The storage facility has very easy accessibility.

Ally and also the team were extremely helpful and made this a very seamless process. Ally is a huge asset to this company and glad she is there.

Absolutely horrible people to deal with now, iv been a customer for over ten year's, they raise prices every other month, due date fell on a Sunday (impossible to get ahold of and you do not talk to the local office you talk to a corporation in another town) I was a day late after 10 years and refused to wave a huge late fee I pay at least 80 more than all the acomparison calls I made.keep you outrageous late fee im out.

The staff (Ally) was terrific. Very friendly and efficient yet thorough. The site is easy to get to and move your RV around. What impressed me the most was the clean weed-free parking surface. Everything is orderly and neat. I very highly recommend as the rates are the best in area.

Just rented a new unit from this location in Terrebonne, and Aly was amazing. I had applied online and by noon the next day we were putting the stuff in the storage unit. It seems more and more these days its hard to find good customer service and she went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and efficient. Very glad we were able to rent from her!
