I'm so happy to use this fine storage facility.again. I rented in past (from A-Attic) I was sooo pleased to have the help of Chris R. He listened very.patiently.to my storage needs, made! Xcellent! Suggestions, and showed me options!
He is so knowledgeable about this facility, and this businness.
He was extremely helpful.even anticipating what could work for my situation, to match all that I hoped for. He is professional and also very attuned to people's and their needs. He made everything seem easy. Thanks. His help made all the difference.

I rented my unit for two months and somehow they keep charging me. I have been on the phone with four different people from Northwest, and everyone tells me they closed my account, yet I seem to get some type of money charge. I got charged $24 for a prorated rate then decided to keep my unit for an extra month. They charged me $24 and $103 for the month. One lady said she would refund me and that I should get the money back soon and I never did, so I called and the next person said I couldn't get refunded. Both people said they closed my account. Then yesterday I get charged another $103.

Quick and easy, although I’m assuming the price was kind of steep due to supply and demand, such is capitalism. If I was ever in need again I would definitely consider using their service again.

Chris and the crew at Northwest Self Storage are fantastic. Due to our new jobs we were unable to get back to keep our rent payments on time. Thanks to Chris and the crew I was able to still make my late payment and get to my stuff. Aside from that they are professional and I absolutely never worried about my belonging being safe. Thank you Chris. I will highly recommend you to anyone I know who needs a safe place to store their treasures.

Been renting here for years, never any trouble. Units are weatherproof, easily accessible, and secured behind a key coded gate and fence.

Easy to reserve a storage unit, review/sign the contract and pay online. Great follow up from the management.

I haven’t been there yet, as I just rented a storage unit two days ago. But the person who took me through the rental process was courteous and professional.

It's ok. Kinda tight maneuvering around with vehicles. My unit was super clean, doesn't a little hall. I think ALL there units are on ground level too. They have huge garages, and little storage too. They store rvs and cars. Old looking place but clean.

The prices are awesome and I got the first month free on the unit I got. I couldn't be happier to have my garage space back to work on my vehicles.

I chose this location because it was conveniently located. Left because they raised their rates and it was not cost effective to continue to pay that amount for such a small unit. The unit was clean- a little difficult to maneuver a truck to load/unload stuff and the woman behind the desk always seamed as if she wished she could be anywhere but there. But they provide what they state so 4 stars it is

I rented a storage unit and placed my trailer in it. They have since then parked large RV's across from it and I cannot get my trailer out now. I have been talking to them for a month about getting my trailer out and they just keep telling me that there is nothing they can do about it. At this point I am having to get a lawyer to get my own trailer out of their storage unit.

All thought I didn't get a storage from them. They where a big help. Thank you for your time

I needed a small storage space for a few months at most, went online to find my local Northwest Self Storage business close by. My income is small and fixed as a senior so I was bargain conscious. As I spoke with the agent I was told that their sister office had a unit several dollars less than the price she had quoted me earlier. I rented that unit, am very satisfied with both the courteous way I was treated and with the clean secure cubicle they assigned to me.

So easy! Was able to book it online, then got a call from Austin and were able to take our things to the storage unit on Sunday. They even had a lock we could purchase.

Online reservation process was very easy to navigate and immediately responsive. Information was clear and consistent. I had one question, called the online number and the staff was wonderfully helpful!

Quick and painless registration and easy terms. And the staff were friendly and courteous and even made the door to my unit easier to open!
