I have rented a unit for a few years now. Sara, in the office is very friendly as is all the staff. Very convenient for me as it's minutes from where I live. Very clean grounds and units. Would highly recommend Northwest Storage first your storage needs.

I personally heard the Sun Whisper to the Stars that there is indeed one who outshines them all.and exceedingly so; and again whats more can even be found abiding humbly at this very moment ; with welcoming eyes, comforting smile, and a heart of gold. Her name is Sarah. Of course you know Sarah is a name meaning "noblewoman and/or princess.and it is my opinion that the name suits her just fine. A noblewoman whom rules with a maternal type of caring, patience, and love.

Of course there's a gated entry, there's very little people here on the property though. When I signed up it was a really easy process, all over the phone and then they gave me the gate info and I just went right in. Their hours are pretty cool. There's no two story storage so it's all in one level. They store RVs and cars too. And they even have a bathroom that's open all the time.

The Manger is friendly pleasant atmosphere easy process nice size storage units could use a lite inside the indoor storage units so we can see what we're doing other then that it's a great place

Sarah here at highway 99 is very sweet really I had good experiences here at highway 99 and I would recommend other people here very nice and clean and safe place

I am overall pleased with the customer service I received. The front desk woman was nice, professional and explained to me the contract and was thorough. Good place to rent a storage unit

I wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for the kindness and heart of the woman who works here, she is absolutely God sent. This is meant for Melanie at 599 HWY 99.

I’m typically not one to write a review but I thought I would just quickly share that at NW self storage In Eugene my experience was fantastic I did everything online with the help of NW storage site manager. They offered me a discounted introductory rate and I’ve been very pleased with the overall experience.

These ladies are great. I used this storage facility for over 2 years and my experience was hassle free and stress free. They are clean and smoke free. I love that they change the hall codes every few months and I always felt safe. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a storage unit again

Lynn, who works in the office was extremely patient with me when I had trouble returning the rental agreement. Also, their space rent is very reasonable.

Emma was so wonderful, friendly professional just a really nice person to work with. I’m very glad I found Northwest Self Storage.

On the day that I needed access to move they had changed the code to get into the hallway where my unit was without telling me. Since it was a holiday the office was closed. So, I rang the doorbell next to the office hoping somebody would have pity on me knowing that they had missed me in their email notifications telling their customers that the access code had changed. The manager answered to tell me that I needed to call the number posted (l had already) and that the office is closed. He claimed he didn't have access to the combination I needed and that the woman who did was asleep. Having rented the uhaul already, having a moving schedule to keep, and it being so hot - we could not proceed to open our paid-for unit because (the manager I was speaking with face-to-face) said he couldn't get that combo and was bent on berating me for ringing the bell.
Why not accept fault, stop pretending you aren't the manager, and just look it up real fast? No skin off his back on Independence Day (he was fully dressed, wide-eyed, and ready to trigger my PTSD that I was diagnosed with while serving in the US Navy). I was told the police would be called if I didn't leave his private property. When I went back to get my Uhaul a woman came out and gave me the four numbers that were holding up all progress and plans. Then, told me if anything was in the unit already it needed to be out by the end of the day because I would no longer be allowed on their property. Oh, and that they'd be pressing charges. I love being treated like trash, don't you?

I have been renting a unit for the last couple of years and have always had good service. I just switched units and Sarah was incredibly helpful and made the move easeful. I highly recommend this storage facility and Sarah is the best!

The friendly associates at the office where so nice, we were in a pinch and had to get a storage unit really quickly, they were understanding to our needs came up with solution that would work. Outstanding service!
