I have used the Northwest Self Storage in Canby OR two different times. I found the storage units to be clean and easy to get in and out of, plus the inside units are climate controlled which is helpful.

The customer service and onsite manager was always great and very friendly and helpful in getting set up and with answering any questions.
Prices are comparable to other places I have used in the past that were not as good or clean or secure and not as well kept as Northwest units are.

I keep going back to Northwest self storage in Canby because I was completely satisfies and would certainly recommend Northwest Storage as a great and secure option for storage.

Good luck renting online. Give them ALL information including personal and payment, it takes you to the lease screen. Fill out all signatures and initials, submit. "warning, you must fill out all information". I have signed and initialed EVERYTHING, why will it not let me past the screen? Now I don't know if payment has been taken from me or where I even sit on the lease because I had to exit the screen because I was stuck in that atrocious Loop.

Super kind and helpful staff. Clean storage spaces with impressively high ceilings. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have had a very positive experience at Northwest Self Storage. We originally moved in November. When it was time to move our Side by Side in we needed a location that was easier to back in.they helped us out, when we needed temporary additional space.they helped us out. Now that we need less storage.again the helped us out. I highly recommend Northwest Self Storage.

Absolutely perfect in every way! I was very pleased with the customer service I received upon renting my unit and the ease of the process from a gal that was efficient, personable and professional and made the transaction great for me. My unit was clean and has easy access and security. I highly recommend this facility if your looking for a unit!

I was originally assigned a space that was not suitable for my needs and immediately was found accommodations that would work. I was extremely pleased with the attitude and helpfulness of the front desk girl.

Will use Northwest Self Storage again and recommend it to others.
