Under new mgmt again - much better I am sure. LAST ONE HAD AT LEAST 23 "LOCKER BREAK INS" in 2 months. 9 of them - in women's name!

This Place of Business used to be Excellent!
After using them for our storage for the last 2 years we are sad to say They do not go above and beyond for their customers anymore.

Their website is 100% false advertising and Miss leading. And they increase rent 50$ in a year. They will tell you they increase rent for better maintenance and improvements to their facility but in the time We have been renting from them absolutely NOTHING HAS CHANGED with their facility besides management positions and ownership.

Also if you call their corporate line they may hang up on you if they can’t handle a situation.
Absolutely Terrible business.

Diane is an amazing manager of this location, she goes above and beyond to make sure you (the customer) is taken care of and needs are met. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Thank you Diane!

This place has been the worst, Diane the new manager doesn't do her job, it's been 4mhs I had put in repair notice now Jan still nothing, go to my unit tonight to find out it's been broken into but she never one time called used the excuses my number is wrong this happened or she says the 17th Dec I'm out state working she didn't even bother to call the other number on file, but this darn place raises your rent I'm going be moving after many years here never had a problem till she become manager

We were moving into a unit and Diane from the Woodburn location assisted us. Excellent customer service. She was prompt and very thorough. She provided us with all the information we would need. Thank you Dianne

Convenient, helpful, economic, informative and clean! The staff is very good at the Woodburn site!

Clean, secure facility, with friendly employees. Well maintained. They've had a few mechanical failures over the years with the gates, but were quick to fix it. I was able to get ahold of someone after hours, and the problem was fixed promptly.

Edit: this business is under new ownership now, but the facility is still very clean, safe and well kept. They have an easy to navigate online payment system for your monthly bill. Overall a nice facility. Prices are creeping up but that's happening at storage units all over nowadays.

The girls working inside were so sweet and fun. The prices are the lowest in town. So far so good.

They were very easy to deal with. Doug, the manager at their Woodburn Oregon location, was very accommodating, friendly and efficient.

After showing me the spaces that were available, it was only a matter of a few minutes until I could start to move items into my unit.

I will most likely be renting a space from them for a long time.

I had this place at five stars. Now Its under new ownership the place has gone downhill. Used to be well_maintained and inexpensive. Now in 1 1/2 years my 4x8 little unit has been price hiked for the third time!
Even evil cable companies only raise rates once a year, not every 8 months!
They also used to have hand trucks and other movers available. Now they're gone.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The only real security camera in the place is the one that points at the main gate, and it's 20 years old, so good luck getting any useful security footage when someone breaks in to your unit.

Had a very rude first encounter with the owner of Easy Storage. Once the facility came under new management, communication was better but the monthly rate increased by $12. Overall not very satisfied.

Has always been a decent enough storage place. Have worked with me in times of need in the past.
