Easy on-line sign and instructions with gate code and other important information was sent over in a very timely manner. Great experience on a holiday weekend.

Ease to make payments, units priced good. Clean and someone can be reached everyday except Sunday.

I wish they had extended hours of access to the units. Especially considering that the restrictions haven't seemed to change the issues that have been reported regarding break ins. (That's from police blotter, not personal experience.) There have been 2 incidents where people have rushed in before gate closed, people who seem a bit suspicious- parked in one aisle but then are at a unit a row over when I went to leave.

Paid on time for 8 months. When I went back to my unit I found lock was gone and items I’d stored were gone. Place has NO cameras. I had paid for insurance but because lock was simply gone (probably cut off or jimmied) and there was no damage to unit itself, they declined my claim. Steer clear would be my advice. Not a happy customer.

So far the experience has been ideal. The service I received is exactly what I asked for online. The units are convenient, the access gate easy, and the storage is exactly what was described. I don't see security cameras, though, and anyone can drive in behind another car. Those two elements do make me concerned.

Paying for a whole month even though the storage is empty. No refunds. Not s good place to rent. Every place I have needed to rent a unit would pro rate for the days in use and refund the rest. I was told no refund. But what do you want to bet. The will rent the unit this month and double collect for it. Just can't believe they di business like this.
