4Nice units and signing up was easy, BUT they have raised the prices three times in the one year I’ve been there. Now $100 MORE than when I moved in.
Great facility and customer service, but they sent me a rent increase notice to begin after three months. I was advised they review rents every three months, so I'd recommend this company for three months or less, but not long term.
The units are nice and clean and they take typical security measures. However. Huge price increase with little notice, if they can't get a hold of you they cut your locks off and charge you. Obviously you're locked out until you can get the keys that they charge you for to get back into your own property.
Caleb at the front desk is so cordial! I had a mess of accounting stuff to unravel for 5 different units and his persistence was the only thing that solved it.
