Just a hotbox
Rent has been raised 180% in 4 years. Goes up every six months. This is a passive facility with extremely low overhead, they didn’t have the restrooms open for almost 3 years. Unethical.
Once upon a time in a land where people cared about you as a customer is now nil to none. I can never reach a live person at the Tualatin location Ciploe Rd for questions to what I need. I have been a long time customer until recently when they raised my rent 20.00 w no explanation. I vacated the property and no one returned my calls regarding questions I have. I only reach an answering service overseas w no help I probably left 5 messages regarding billing and vacating the unit.silence is not golden when it concerns customers for your business. Whatever happened to integrity?
The manager is really kind.the storage units are worth it. I fully recommend this place.
