They raise the prices of your unit without ever telling you anything, I started paying 110, then they raised the price to 128, and now it's 150! And that's only since the beginning of the year -_- there is also never really anyone there when you need to speak with somebody in person, I tried to let the personnel know that my storage unit has strong sings of forced entry and I couldn't find anyone on site so I called the phone number they have and they did nothing. There are no security cameras in some parts of the lot (including where my unit is at) and it does not feel safe to have my stuff there. I would look somewhere else if you value your stuff.

Customer service is non existent. Good luck trying to get anybody on the phone, or in person for that matter. They have this little office right before the gate where an employee is supposed to be in at all working hours but they also house the employees right next to the office so surprise surprise! No ones ever in the office to answer a phone call. Sheesh every time I have called for the past 3 months is the same story, and the worst part is when you actually go and waste your time and gas to go talk to somebody in person and their office is locked even though the posted working hours say it should be open.

Katie & family, we will miss you truly it's very unfortunate to lose such a great person as yourself due to error in protocol and procedures from others misunderstandings. You should be brought back with a raise and contract! Family and children are resilient they will bounce back just stay together!

I give it 5 stars even though they charge u and bill u for months taht haven't happened yet i just got an invoice telling me i have ti. All or im out

I had left a great review four years ago but since then the gate has been broken since may. There have been multiple break ins, including my unit, yet the gate remains broken. I sadly no longer recommend this business.

When I put my things in storage, it was after hours. I had time constraints. I took the Uhaul over and my gate code wouldn't work. The office was closed, so I couldn't get help. Super inconvenient and costly.
When I retrieved my items, so many things were ruined due to rats. Not mice. RATS! I had two mattresses that had half of the material eaten out of them, boxes eaten through and so much property damage. The bottom corner of the door in the unit had been chewed through, leaving an exposed corner to the unit.

We relocated from Florida to Oregon this year, and needed to find a space to store our belongings while we searched for a home. I spoke with Katie before we even arrived in Oregon to arrange our storages rental, and she was incredibly helpful and kind, we felt completely comfortable renting sight unseen. We stored our belongings for 8 months, and had no problems at all. Katie was always a pleasure to chat with, always cheerful, helpful and kind. The facility itself was well kept, secure, and we always felt safe. We will definitely return if we have a future need.

Did my rental online and it was a smooth easy process and the next day an associate called to confirm and got me the rest of the way set up and ready to go. Amazing experience and customer was so helpful and kind. This is my second time renting from them and I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer! Great place to store your things and can trust it!
