I moved all of my belongings in here a year and a half ago due to being on the road for work. Officially moved out my belongings today and everything was safe, secure and just as I left it. I am super thankful that they are not charging me an extra month due to having to move out last minute to plan around snow. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend them!

Iv rented storage 3 times there, in past years, there really cool people, no direct issues what so ever in past years.most convieiant location to rent a storage, iv felt its not the full proof safest place to store valuables, but doable. As far as dependability it's a hit and miss as far as the front office being open during hours of operation, if you call your probly going to talking g to some one from india in India.
"""Follow up""" - Iv returned and rented agaion. Same as far as office folks, super nice people, The faciliety Seems cleaned up as far as the folks sleeping in the unites or coming in the back gate some how particularly the "lady on the bike" randomly diveing into empty storage units with her bike and or prowling around inside the buildings.
Well, Now there is this real thin skinny black girl with black ink tatooes on her arms, she looks a bit arobic ethnic wise, owning a small black car, she's got her storage unit "oppisit" building from mine
She's been known to be prowling on vehycles down at the Windsurfing event site, shes a very clever girl, she's been in Hood River several years now. She's well known and folks are aware of her, unbeknows to her that there is such an awareness upon her, even as lagit as she presents herself to be.and being involved in the events in ways but not an athlete or sport participant.
She targed my van pretty much all summer and it was noticed buy others, walking around it, eneough to have friends mention it too me, they would see her circrling around my van, she finely got me, stealing out of my van my drivers lieance from my wallet that were in my pants up front, my insurance information, the vehycle registration and a $150 blue tooth speaker.
NOTE: She was seen with the items in her hand coming out of my van buy a fellow windsurfer and his wife, parked near my van at the time, they just assumed she was a person associated with the van.
I got them to write up a letter of there account and what they saw, , they emailed it to me, And yes there was a report filed with the Hood River police and i also submitted a letter to the judge.
Now im seeing this girl at the Faciliety as I was moveing into it, I notice she's just sitting in her car, Yea! I locked my doors to my van, this was after she was seen stealing my stuff at the event site
Ok.then as I'm in the building she comes into my building not being the one her storage unit is in and I see her peeping on me, (I went down and added that to my previous police report andsubmitted an updated leter report to the judge.)
So I quickly step out side and I watched her come out of my building and walk back to her car. I didn't say a word nor did she.
Be carefull don't leave your auto unlocked in the faciliety.im 59 yrs old, wife is 38, she has 14 years in The Navy, A Chief in the Navy currently serving on a deployment in Oakinowia and I'm Navy Seal apiliated and served 6 years as a Army Ranger,
We have worked extreamily hard all our lifes, we are extrealily buessey people.we dont have time for games,
We are fully lagit, I grew up in the Hood River area, I do recll years back seeing the black girl i talked about above as she first apeared in Hood River. I do know many significant persons in the communiety and have been An Elks member for over 3O years.

Quick and easy for the whole process. Love the first month being half off that helps! Wish they would have a discount for first responders or military but no.

I spoke to someone very nice on the phone that was extremely helpful. Then the gentleman who runs the actual location contacted me to fup, which I considered above and beyond customer service. Then when I went to the office, he was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Storage unit was clean and easy to access.

The manager is very helpful and informed. I told him what I had to store and he knew exactly the right size unit and told me how to save the most money. Thank you Brady.

They made contract signing and setting up autopay easy. Units are clean, acessible and in excellent shape. They're priced fine. Now if I could just remember the gate code.:)

Nice experience renting space for my vehicle at Northwest in Hood River, OR. Brady the manager was very professional and pleasant to work with. He accommodated me in the same day and gave excellent customer service. The only drawback is price was a tad high other than that it is a clean, safe storage facility. Thanks Brady!
