Customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in getting me just what I needed in a timely matter.
EXPENSIVE! And even if you pay your bill your not guaranteed the gate will open for you. No public garbage can. Nobody onsite to take payments and they charge you if your late even when it's not your fault. You would be better off just lighting your stuff on fire because at least you know what to expect.
I have been renting for well over a year and even had 2 units finally decided on 10 by 15 and last month they dropped the bomb on me my unit increased 100 dollars it went from 165 a month to 260 a month and even thow I had a good history they wouldn't give me a break ya am looking for another unit because it's not worth that
The hours are a joke. There was a garage sale which I have no problem with but they didn't open the main gate and people parked in front of it
Dude was really nice. Clean and quality location. Good prices. Been here twice. (If you cannot get ahold of them drive there, JAN 2023 their phone was messed up.)
I have enjoyed my experience with Northwest Storage until tonight when I have been unable to access my unit. The gate was padlocked at 8: 30pm when it was posted that it was supposed to be open until 10pm. Multiple calls with no ability to do anything about it but leave multiple messages. Really disappointing especially since I needed to access my unit at that very moment, not the next day. I really hope they address this since this shouldn't EVER happen with clearly posted hours.
Edit: my code wasn't working because my auto pay didn't go through. They fixed the issue so I changed my rating up to 3 stars. However don't expect to talk to any managers or anyone after hours
