10 You have to raise my rate and we cant even have 24 hr access to our stuff. Hell you're closed on sundays as well.
The gate doesnt even work all the time.
My bill atarted at around 130 just increased to 160 a few months ago and now its jumped to 180 these increases are insane and too frequent for those of us on a fixed income i cannot recommend them for those who are low/fixed income and need a storage unit
The man that runs the Amity storage, is super pleasant and nice to work with.

Thank you northwest self storage y'all have been so good to us working with us and taking you're time simply to meet are needs I also want to add that bill are storage manager has been so patient and kind to have come in and offer advice or more of an opinion giving us just an idea so that we were able to get back on track with are payments each month so far since we have been able to keep up and making are payments regularly thanks again bill for all your good thought and advice you are appreciated and a big thanks to the crew who all works there time an again in amity y'all have been a blessing to feelings of safety and security I otherwise have nearly stressed myself to death at other places if not for everyone and bill") there in amity northwest self storage s thank you so much again y'all and a happy holidays
We accidentally rented a unit at a wrong location and Bill was super helpful and understanding and got us a unit at the right place super quickly, he was super helpful and kind!
We were being charged $160+ at our old storage area, when we found this storage area for $130ish a month and with the way the economy has been lately, figured it was a no brainer. After 3 weeks of being with the business they raised our monthly charges to $170.i understand inflation and all but that hike is insane. I would not recommend this business unless I see something change. At which time I will change my rating.
The people in the office at the Amity location are always very helpful and respectful. I have been with them for a few years. Thanks Northwest Self Storage!

When I used the self-serve kiosk to obtain my unit there were some systems issues and the system assigned me a unit at a different storage location and it did not issue me a lock.
I called and spoke to the manager, Bill, who went above and beyond to not only secure me the unit that I needed despite the fact that getting me set up was going to cause them to stay later than their office business hours. He was very genuinely apologetic while getting me set up and he also was able to get me a discount for my first month of storage. He then also followed up with me multiple times to make sure that I'd been able to access my unit without any additional issues and it was obvious that he cared a lot about providing an excellent customer service experience.
The unit itself was clean, dry, and easy to access until later in the evening which made me feel comfortable knowing that my items weren't going to get damaged while stored and that I'd have time to access the unit when I needed to outside of my work schedule.
When I was done needing the unit I had a credit remaining on my account and Bill was able to get me a refund issued immediately.
I would be hesitant to use the self serve kiosk in the future until /unless technical issues had been resolved but I would absolutely use their storage services in the future knowing that my items stored there would be well protected, for the ease of access, and especially because I'd know that if I had any service related issues they would be addressed immediately and addressed in a way that would leave me feeling like my business was wanted and appreciated.
