Alexander at the Northwest Self Storage location on NE Columbia was exceptionally helpful. My experience with renting a drive up unit was seamless. Happy with my experience and would recommend.

We had a great experience getting a storage unit for my mom during a very hectic move for our family. Alexander was very helpful and polite and walked us through all the options and advised us on what sizes of units would work for us. Absolutely great customer service.

WHEN SOMEONE'S DOES NOT COME AND PAY THEIR STORAGE FEE'S, TRY AND CONTACT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! SOMEONE MAY HAVE HAD A SEVERE MEDICAL EMERGENCY, PEOPLE BECOME ELDERLY AND SENIORS CITIZENS AND CAN'T DRIVE THERE, LOSS OF MEMORY AND MOBILITY, LOSS OF INCOME, MENTAL MINDSET DECLINE! AND IF THE AUCTION PEOPLE'S BELONGINGS, AND PHOTO ALBUMS AND LOOSE PICTURES ARE FOUND, DO NOT AUCTION THOSE! SAVE THEM. PEOPLE DO PASS AWAY AND FAMILIES NEED THOSE SPECIAL BELONGINGS AND MAY COME BY TO SEE IF THERE'S ANY MEMORABILIA!

I have actually rented two separate Storage lockers. One here and one at public storage and to my surprise I actually have had a lot better experience with the public storage place as far as customer service and overall satisfaction.the nw self storage is highly overpriced and it's almost impossible to reach someone who can handle any questions or concerns regarding your storage unit, much less someone who has any ability to handle any payment or billing related matters. I tried to get ahold of someone today to see if there was any way they could give me a break on all of the extra fees that they tack on because of being a couple days late making the payment.they don't answer the phone so it gets routed to some call center in Colorado every time.when speaking with those individuals (who introduce themselves as customer care representatives), they basically gave me some kind of excuse why they could do nothing. Then they would all pretty much tell me to call the same number I just called and hope the property manager answers before the call automatically gets routed to them again.but after many tries over the course of several days I still had not been able to get through to the necessary individual! Infuriating

Very unprofessional.can't even answer the phone when someone calls. Must be nice when you don't want to talk to somebody to just forward calls. When a customer calls a self storage facility most would like to speak with someone on site. Not someone in a call center.
