If you want compassionate care DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC! I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I wish I never heard of this place. They have done nothing but waste my time. They showed me what a horrible clinic is like. In all my years I have never been turned away from a doctor. I’m going to contact providence and complain that this clinic shouldn’t be apart of their referrals. The pearl location lacks in quality from the front desk to the doctors. I don’t want them to do better, I just want them gone this way no one else has to deal with their unprofessional behavior.

“Dr” Kyle picks and chooses who she sees. My second time coming and the doctor can’t see me. The first time I was on time but the clinic in person claimed I never showed up and the doctor was so where to be seen. They said sorry to bad maybe come back, excuse me! Second time I was running late, she confirms with the doctor that I can be seen but then the all of a sudden changed her mind. Hmmm. It makes me uncomfortable and pushes me to feel she does not like people of color. The clinic wouldn’t even let me be seen by a nurse. Lesson learned to never come back and I will tell every woman I know what a horrible experience Dr Kyle and clinic have provided. They just brushed it under the rug because maybe me a woman of color needs to just toughen it out.

My experience at this facility was absolutely exceptional! The staff members were incredibly supportive and attentive. Dr. Griffiths, in particular, I love her! She had a remarkable calming effect on me during every visit. Her professionalism and reassurance were unwavering whenever I expressed any concerns. I was quite anxious about the delivery process, but thanks to Dr. Griffiths, it turned out to be the most positive and stress-free experience I could have hoped for. I find myself sharing my wonderful experience with family and friends every chance I get. The entire staff here is highly professional and displays impeccable manners.

Cindy is a legend! I worked with her for the majority of my pregnancy, and she delivered my baby. She was always present during our appointments—made me feel heard and cared for. During labor, her shift ended a little before I was fully dilated. She stayed a few hours overtime so that she could be there from start to finish. She is also just a sweet, funny, wise human being. Thank you, Cindy!

I was so saddened to have an awful experience with this clinic after being a patient for several years. I was seen and had a bunch of blood work completed. I was told all was normal, then after some health issues I called was told 4 weeks later none of my labs were even processed. I had to take more time off work to have labs repeated, to then find out another 3 weeks later part of the labs were not processed AGAIN. After contacting the office for WEEKS no one in there management has even reached out over the matter and to be slapped with a $365 bill. This is negligent health care and cowardice to have no follow up on a potentially dangerous matter if I was to have any serious health issues.

There's a very good reason this place has a 3.5 Google rating (which I should not have ignored, lesson learned) : The staff I dealt with is egregiously incompetent. While the actual MD, Haley Thompson, seems quite capable and has a good bedside manner, she is felled by her support team who are wholly unwilling, or unable, to follow up on the most simple tasks. It took them literally 12 DAYS to contact me about the results of a UTI when the MD specfically said it would take 48 to 72 hours for the outside lab to complete their test. I had no choice but to go to another MD for relief (yes, I tested positive) while they took their sweet time. If you've ever had this infection, you get why. Despite two requests, they never emailed me a simple link to their patient portal, hence, I could not communicate with the doctor. The clincher is that, I went in first and foremost to discuss an entirely other procedure which Dr. Thompson kindly discussed in detail. My insurance requires a pre-authorization for this specific procedure despite their claim to the contrary (yes, I have this in writing). I explained this point in detail to two staff members (when I followed up with them, not the reverse). They conveniently overlooked this financial point even as they finally rang more than a week later to schedule (without a pre authorization!) which I summarily declined. Never again. It's increasingly apparent that finding a great doctor with requisite accompanying staff is a rare thing. Moved on!
