This company is AMAZING! We purchased a new counter depth refrigerator for our Portland house that was supposedly the same size as the one that we were replacing and it needed to fit into a built-in enclosure. Well, the dimensions of the new one were off (larger) by about 1/8" preventing it from fitting in the built-enclosure. We panicked and started calling all Yelp 5 star rated kitchen cabinet companies in town while our new refrigerator sadly sat in the middle of our kitchen. This company (NW Cabinet Source) immediately answered my desperate plea for help with Erv S.coordinating and Bill P. (the owner) coming out to modify the cabinetry the NEXT day! This is nearly unheard of these days. Bill did a beautiful job raising the cabinetry to make things fit. Hooray! What a great company

We worked with NW Cabinet Source for our recent kitchen remodel. We had a very specific idea in mind and worked with Denny to bring it to reality. We were thoroughly listened to and given lots of explanation and options of what would work and what wouldn't. In the end, we ended up with exactly what we asked for and nothing we didn't. Communication was fantastic and they are a pleasure to work with.

Bill Purple helped us navigate through 2 bathroom remodels to maximize the use of a small space. We are so pleased with the work that was done and our bathrooms look amazing. We look forward to working with Bill on other projects as he is most patient and enjoyable to work with.

Kitchen remodel successfully completed! It's amazing to work with a contractor who listens, ponders and comes up with great ideas to solve our design issues. Communication was excellent regarding timing due to slow product delivery and care was taken to allow us to use the stove, dishwasher etc as long as possible, not leaving us in a lurch for too long. The finished results were amazing-walnut cabinets, quartzite waterfall countertop and a hidden pantry. We also redid the adjoining family room fireplace with the quartzite with a live edge walnut mantle and added a wet bar with live edge open shelves in the dining room for a cohesive look. We love it and so enjoyed working with Home Facets! Definitely referring to everyone we know.

Love to support local businesses. They made my project work within my budget and the finished product looks amazing! (The kitchen hadn’t had any love since 1960ish) I'd definitely use them again!

Our 1989 kitchen was in need of an upgrade, but the bids we received initially were way out of our budget. Bill & NW Cabinet Source worked with us to identify the cabinet products and design to meet our needs. Not only that, they connected us with other trades to handle the drywall, countertops, and tile. I’m a commercial construction Project Manager so I’m used to dealing with subcontractors and tradesmen. Chad was great to work with and helped at every step of the process. He was even contacting me to help keep things on schedule while he was out of the country on vacation. I see a lot of cabinets and casework in my day job and chose HF for the quality and appearance.
