Great selection, but it’s clear that they cater to a certain demographic. I was told multiple times while shopping that I was not allowed to just “hang out” in the store, even though I was actively checking out furniture. Other, older customers were doing the same thing without comment, so it’s clear they didn’t trust me just because I appeared younger. As if people in their 20s don’t buy furniture. If you are middle aged or older I’m sure this is a great place to shop, but for younger adults don’t be surprised if you find you aren’t welcome.

They were very kind and gracious to a fellow furniture store owner from far far away. I appreciated & enjoyed the interaction and ‘talking shop’) Oh and the store is beautifully curated with just incredible pieces!

Going into NW Home Interiors is a RUSTIC/LODGE/ WESTERN experience. If you aren’t into the rustic style or have a smaller space, you probably won’t find much in this 3 story store. They carry a wide range of furniture quality so do be aware of that. They have very unique, one of a kind, artisan made statement pieces. They have a descent amount of items in stock if you are in a hurry which is nice. If this is your style, you could furnish your whole home from light fixtures to rugs and everything in between. The staff is a bit mixed - from helpful and friendly to lukewarm more interested in eating their snacks.
If you are shopping in downtown Bend, definitely check it out.
