Absolutely pretty sofa by NW rugs. I am a first time home owner and wanted best interiors for my home. They offered me customization according to my needs. My living room sofa looks absolutely stunning, pretty and matched very well with my interiors color and decor. All of my guests who visited my home were awe stuck looking at Vibrant color combination of Sofa and accent chairs with my interior colors. All thanks to my lovely wife for going with the perfect choices. This sofa was love at the first sight when I visited the showroom and didn't want to visit any other store after looking at this sofa. Customer service was great and staff was very cooperative and helpful

When we moved into our house in November '20, we needed to get some rugs for the hardwood floors in most of the house. We worked with Rick and others to look at different types, understand the pros and cons, and catch sale prices that were currently in place. One rug we got was discontinued and the last in inventory was hanging up.we took it home the same day! We are quite pleased with the rugs we purchased at NW Rugs & Furniture. We also got a stair runner and a reference to a very good installer who handled the 90 degree corner at the base quite nicely. All around a good experience and great results!:)

They did a fine job cleaning my oriental rugs, and suggesting appropriate and reasonable repairs (at my request). They also provided good new pads for the rugs, and told me about the type of rugs they were. Good service, reasonable prices. Good business!

Rick was really helpful and narrowed down our search to a selection right for our taste and price. Great experience. Bought a rug and 6 months later went back and bought another one from him. Good selection and customer service.

I did lot of research online of the rugs this shop had and got really excited to shop here. When I went to store a old sales person attended us and the way he treated us was rude and he was saying if we are looking for rugs for less than $200 we need to go to Walmart to buy. He never knew what’s our budget was and don’t know how much I can afford not sure why he got that assumption that I can not afford it and why he decides what my budget is or where to buy stuffs for my home. I felt very disappointed and upset and left the store after few minute, as I lost interest to shop anymore. Store have amazing rugs, but definitely don’t want to shop here again because of the customer service.

Way better than online shopping. Got to look at lots of rugs then picked out what we wanted. Lots of great help at the store.

I would give their Beaverton location a minus one!
We purchased furniture after negotiating the price, then the sales manager a very rude person says that they did a mistake and he has to charge me $600 additionally.

We were going to purchase lot more from this store, but after this and the way the sales manager acted, we will never buy from this company.

I have shopped NW Rugs more than a few times. Always the best customer service. But best of all they carry top quality merchandise. An awesome selection of Rugs and some fun decorating ideas as well.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for rugs you will find something here. Many are extremely expensive, however there are some more moderate prices.

Very bad customer service the older Salesman was unprofessional and Very very Rude and he was assuming I can’t afford the rug and the poor guys he don’t know my Dolce& Gabbana underwear cost more what he make and I really feel bad for the owner Losing customers

Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly service from Kristen. We spent several hours there and she was able to guide us to rugs to meet our needs. We left having purchased the 4 rugs we needed. All have been delivered and installed and we are very happy.

After looking long and hard at all possible internet rug sources including Home Depot and Lowe’s, we paid a visit to NW Rugs. We were assisted by a lovely young woman to whom we described our living room colors and style. She took us around a huge inventory of rugs and low and behold we found the perfect one. The material properties plus the color blends made it the perfect rug for our living room. When it was delivered and installed it was even more beautiful in our natural light than in the store. We have had numerous compliments on it.

Lots to choose from but out of my tax bracket. Be ready for sticker shock unless price is no object.

After completing the entire process I can confidently say that dealing with NW Rugs & Furniture was a very good experience.

Dan was an excellent sales representative who work pariently to get us the couch that we wanted. The furniture is fabricated locally, so the was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it.

Overall, very pleased with our experience and will be recommending to others.

Great variety of rugs but also on the pricier side. Talking with an associate was helpful to narrow down what fit in our price range.

I stopped in here after a hike after looking at all the big box stores. The salesperson promptly showed me a dozen rugs in my price range and color pallette. I found EXACTLY what I was looking for and was in and out in half an hour. This is a great place for quality rugs that won’t break your bank.

I went in with a few specifics and Dan was extremely helpful in showing me what they had. This purchase was for the company I work for so he was great at getting me all the details needed. Once I placed the order it was a quick turn around and the rugs we got are perfect!

We were approached by Kristen and she was very attentive and knowledgeable to all of my fiancee and my requests. Although, we went in unprepared with the sizes we were looking for. We will be back to purchase a rug when more prepared. Thank you Kristen!
