Beautiful show room! Super friendly staff. I am thrilled with my rugs and my new couch. Momet, our salesperson, took great care of me, not pushy and very knowledgeable. When I came to pick up the couch, the employees in the back wrapped the couch up beautifully so it wouldn’t get dirty. I have more rugs to buy, I will definitely be back.

After several purchases over the years, we’ve come to expect exceptional customer service, great selection, and competitive pricing from NW Rugs and, again, they did not disappoint. Yesterday we went in to purchase a large area rug for our living room. We made a tentative selection in their store but were unsure it would go well with our existing furniture. The salespeople we were working with agreed to load up the rug, deliver it to our house, and lay it out in our living room with the understanding that they would take it back if we weren’t satisfied. We did that the very same afternoon, we liked the rug, and completed the transaction in our home. This is really above and beyond.

Patrick was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the furniture and rugs. Will definitely return the next time we are looking for furniture or rings.

Visited the store on Saturday. Worked with Dwight who really helped us in our search for a rug. Ultimately he suggested we return home and remeasure our area to potentially use a smaller sized rug. We were ultimately really happy we took his advice. Returned to the store later that day and was able to purchase a smaller rug than we thought we needed saving quite a bit of money in the process. I would certainly shop here again and would want to work with Dwight again.

The experience overall was great! We had Wes help us out and he wasn't pushy and got us another great deal! He remembered us from a previous shopping trip which was pretty cool. We found a cool rug and were able to get in and out in a short amount of time!

Everybody was friendly and helpful. Had a couple of hiccups but was dealt with quickly. In an environment where customer service is lacking, it was refreshing to do business at NW Rugs.
