I am disabled and have a team of housing advocates that are helping me through the process and she has been not only responsive to me, but the entire team. I really appreciate her effort. She was able to also send video tours for me on properties so I could make a decision quickly and effortlessly. Stacey Sibayan~ Honestly this company is a mess and constantly rotating new employees to manage their different properties, so living there 2 1/2 yrs I had maybe 8 changes in who to contact with apartment issues. Once I moved out I wasn’t offered a final walk-through and was charged $240 or $60 an hour x 4 hours to repair 4 small screw holes in the wall and to repaint normal wear and tear on all of the walls, even though they sent me several $50,5 star handyman reviews of companies they could have used. They essentially charged me to paint the unit, when they would have had to anyways after being there so long and over charged me $10 an hour for these unwarranted repairs.

When emailed my apartment manager, Stacey Sibayan, for explanation, she didn’t respond for almost a week and then essentially ghosted me after my response disputing the validity of the charges and requesting $140 of my deposit back ($100 for 2 hours is more than enough to fill 4 screw holes). Worst customer service and apartment management I’ve dealt with in 30 years. Crooks and completely unprofessional. Beware!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. My maintenance requests were also responded to in a timely manner, and the management company was very easy to work with.

She let me come see the apartment I wanted multiple times to make sure it was perfect, and was hyper responsive to my many emails. I've lived here for a year and throughout the year Tiffany (property manager) has always been kind, helpful, and a problem solver. She has responded promptly any time I had questions or concerns. Her follow-up game is serious, as a mom and small business owner, I appreciate her reaching out to me directly when there are documents that require my attention. I tend to overlook "automated-looking" emails from the portal and I appreciate that she doesn't just rely on the portal to notify me she'll check-in with me. Thank you for being patient and making sure all t's were crossed (she's thorough). S/O to the maintenance team Hector and Eddie for coming through when needed and resolving any concerns I have. I feel taken care of here.

I assisted a resident from our housing program apply for and move into one of their properties. Everything went smooth, and their property management team was timely and effective with entire process. Shoutout to Leasing Coordinator Never Retallack for making the whole experience easy and professional!

Never has been wonderful! Even when I was sick and couldn’t pick up my keys physically, her and the NWV team made it so easy for me!

Edit post move: unfortunately, though Never was very kind, the building itself is generally nice, though there were multiple break ins and several times displaced persons would sleep in the trash/utility room (which would give them access to the whole building.) management changed hands multiple times, making it very difficult to contact anyone. I ended my lease early and paid the termination fee because it just was not worth the hassle or struggle anymore. There were multiple times that the fire alarm was going off for extended periods of time (think like a whole day or two, once an entire weekend.) Bike theft occurred often due to the bike storage not being well thought out and the secure electric fob breaking often. It took 3 weeks to set up internet due to the leasing manager at the time handing out the key to the FACP room to a random Xfinity worker (she did not take down their name or their worker number) so there was no way to access the FACP room to route wifi to my unit. Such a bummer because I was really hopeful for the new building and how kind Never was.
