I lived in this great place! Really nice apartment with gym, swimming pool, and basketball court. It is close to the transit center and many stores. The property manager Dulce is very kind and respectful. Definitely a 5- rating from me.

Amazing place! I moved from Los Angeles and this apartment had everything I needed. Perfect area- safe, quiet and close to many useful stores.

When this property was bought out, it became pretty awful. I luckily only pay $1,100 a month because of rent laws. They are now asking several hundred dollars more for basically a paint job for new renters. Let alone, utilities used to be included and now we are paying for those.

They added washing and drying machines in the units that cause my entire apartment to shake when neighbors are using them. The landscaping is sub-par and barely any upkeep on the public laundry room. Trash can also pile up substantially. Plus there is absolutely ZERO air flow in these apartments which makes it nearly impossible to cook anything.

My car consistently gets hit parked outside and have seen vagrants try and open car doors in the middle of the night ; left my car door unlocked once and someone had obviously gone through it.
