Had a lengthy and seemingly productive phone conversation about the specific needs for one of our businesses which we were looking to acquire new coverage on, we were asked to supply our current policy and we did. Never heard a peep back even after sending multiple direct emails inquiring over the course of a few months. Even a simple response of "we aren't interested in working with you. " would have been appreciated so we could definitively move on and not risk wasting anyone's time.
