Great service during our purchase. Sales rep was patient and helpful. Provided a few options to help us decide.

Oakley Store at Washington Square Mall has the new and trendy sunglasses and sport accessories. The store is kept clean by the associates and is ADA friendly for shopping. Store associates are quick to ask if you need assistance and are available to help you out during your shopping.

The store is epic. Really a amazing place to shop. They are friendly and have the best sunglasses in the world

Solid shop with an excited crew working the counter. The place definitely has a "kid in a candy shop" vibe!

They sold me an empty box. After several attempts to contact them, their asst manager joel said he would mail me the product. Several weeks later i have yet to recieve what i paid for.

Ask for Joel! He is the best! Very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly, helped answer all my questions on the pair of sunglasses I wanted, and how to customize said sunglasses in the future. I'll be back to this store in the future. Now to break in these Flight Jackets on a run!

Was just in the store and spent $270.00 there was a sign that said ”buy one get one 50%" that they honored for a customer right in front of me. I asked if they could honor the same deal to me and was told " no, I should not have honored it to him as is. " Felt disrespectful to give it to one person yet tell the next person no. Still like the brand. But will not go to this store again.

I spoke with store manager Brady about a complicated customer service request and he didn't miss a beat. Brady was friendly, helpful and informative. When I came back a week later to finalize my request it was clear that Brady had communicated with his staff as they were all on the same page. Sonia helped me with my new glasses and she is fantastic. Overall an awesome experience, making it no wonder that Oakley is known as the premier source for quality glasses.

I have to say, I am really impressed with this place! The store manager, Brady is amazing! Great experience, great customer service and they really do stand behind the product!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped me exchange my frames that broke, while also being out of production. Saved me a lot by not having to buy new frames and lenses.

Staff were helpful in choosing a pair that worked for me. The individual who rang-up my transaction gave me an odd look when I declined to round-up the total for some charitable cause, so 4 stars instead of 5.

Went in around 3pm on Saturday with some money to spend. Maybe a hat or sunflasses at that point I really hadn't decided. My wife was with me and we walk in and not 1 of the 4 people at the counter said anything to us. I stop at the sunglass and my wife walks past the counter to the back of the store. Again not a single greeting. I try on a couple pair of glasses and nothing so I call towards my wife and wave her to the exit and still nothing. I guess whatever was going on at the counter was more important than selling your product. I would love to apply for management and help out.

The best store on earth, ok maybe not all there sunglasses are completely the best quality they are presived as, but everything else they make is nothing less than the BOMBDIGITY, and thats a fact JACK!

Great sunglasses and other apparel. Obviously Oakley is a bit overpriced but it looks pretty sick. The employees were very helpful for me.

Their phone line is always busy, the employees are either trying to hard sell you or push you out if you're just browsing. While Oakley's may be made in the USA, that's the only selling point. Overpriced and cheaply made.

Visited store to enquire about replacing a broken nose piece on my Crosslink eyeglass frames. Brady the store manager replaced frames under warranty. Excellent service from Brady and thanks to Oakley for having strong warranty support. Sure Oakleys cost more but they make the best eyeglass frames, sunglasses and ski goggles for men especially!
