Odd Moe's Pizza - Delivery, Salem OR

Like coming here regularly. Always order the same. Pepperoni and Canadian bacon. This time they clearly forgot the Canadian bacon and threw it on top as an after thought. You can tell it was not even warm. Pretty crummy thing to do. They did give me credit for another pizza after calling and I appreciate that.

We have ordered from Odd Moe’s several times in the last 6 months. I love their “Big Juan (Taco pizza) and Habanero Mango wings”. After a very long week of working retail and helping customers myself during this Christmas season. This sounded fabulous. Well it took forever to get our order. Like an hour, (maybe im exhaused and a but cranky about that, yes i could have just gone and gotten it, but this elf has been on her feet for 10+hours working 40+hours. Any ways. To my surprise we received a pepperoni pizza with a hand written note “Payton might be smarter” on the inside and like 5 wings (the half lb wich ive ordered several times and get like 12) so we called and had nothing but grief, the lady that answered argued and argued. I weighed the wings in the box and they didnt even register on the scale. She said well “enjoy the pizza you got” wait NO, we want the pizza we paid for and have a receipt for. Finally she said she would send the Taco but nothing she would do about the wings.

I really love the taco pizza and wings but its not enough for me to be treated so horribly and be ripped off. We are all in hard times. But be consistent and have good customer service. Not
Sure ill be back. And thats sad.

I just had to call them as the pizza re sent was ice cold and looks nothing like their normal Pizza. (Zoe the manager) was super helpful, she was not told anything that was relayed from the 1st call. She apologized and refunded our whole order. Props to her. She has restored my faith some. But they need to train staff on customer service especially not to lie.

Why don't employees wear hair protection so hair doesn't fall onto pizza. One employee had super long hair.

Picked up a couple pizzas for our employees, they absolutely loved the pizza. Plenty of quality toppings. I recommend Odd Moe’s

We just ordered the mascot and let me tell you what! AHHHHHMAZING! It was perfect, staff was amazing and friendly and precise timing!

This place never lets us down. They have great pizza and they are always delivered hot and fresh.

I like the pizza at this place but the service is terrible. The people are nice but the actual service is terrible. At least the last 5 times I went there the pizza was always late. Not 5 minutes late, we are talking 20 minutes to 40 minutes late. Like they have forgotten to put one of the pizzas in the oven, or like today, did not put any of the pizzas in the oven. I will just drive an extra 5 minutes to the other pizza place that has my order ready when they say they will. The 2 liter soda is not worth it.

Great pizza, good prices, free 2-Liter on pick up (if they have them), and weekly coupons in their text club. Our go-to place for pizza.

I spent $100 on their pizza they messed up two of them completely one pizza I couldn't even eat because of an allergy. And when I called to let them know so they could fix it they told me they couldn't do anything no refund no remake no credit absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this pizza company to anybody they are rude and don't care about their customers satisfaction at all. Absolutely horrible experience with odd Moe's pizza on commercial st.

Odd Moe's Pizza is hands down the best pizza in Oregon, maybe the entire West Coast. I've tested out their different signature pizzas and they're all delicious, but the one that really surged my dopamine was their Power Forward pizza. If you have any respect for your taste buds you will do them a favor by ordering one.

Odd Moes in my opinion is dollar for dollar the best pizza place in South Salem. They use the best ingredients when compared to all competitors down South. Starting with the crust, it’s full, thicker (not like the cardboard of most other pizza joints) and delicious. The sauce is by far the most flavorful of all pizza places down south. And the toppings (including cheese) are the best and highest quality of all. We got 2 Hawaiian pizzas as part of a 2 large 2 toppings each deal. The Canadian Bacon/Ham was actual GOOD meat, not the cheap, mass produced, fatty meats of its competitors. I left off one star because they are a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion, give them a shot!

One of the best pizza places out south. I love their pizza and their garlic cheesy bread is the best! Their customer service is good as well. They always get our order right and if you pick up the order at the store you get a free 2 liter of soda. Pretty good deal if you ask me. Nothing's free these days so that's a nice bonus.

I never liked a vegi heavy pizza until I had their artichoke pizza, now I’m obsessed. Whoever chose the ranch used in stores is clearly a connoisseur themselves, it’s a no frills pre-made mix that pairs perfectly with a slice of cheap pizza and a bud light lime-a-rita. 10/10 customer service, 8.5/10 Pizza per Price ratio, 9/10 ranch, 10/10 for not being papa johns.
